Extremely outdated the carpeting throughout is worn and should have been replaced 10 years ago. There is no elevator with only stairs to the 2nd floor. Screen door to balcony was torn. My reservation was 3 nights however my access card Expired daily requiring me to stop by the front desk each day to have it reactivated. I should have stayed at a motel 6.

Needs updating and cleaning, poor dining availability. Might have been good years back.

If we had known here was no elevator, we would have asked for a room on the first floor. Once we discovered this, we returned to the desk and waited for over ten minutes but no one was there. It was the same the morning we left... no one at the front desk.

Poor customer service, and she didn’t allow us to check in a little early and complained how they were so full and booked the night before. Horrible attitude so i cancelled my reservations and easily got into the radisson and was able to check in early no problem or attitude

simple, clean, not fancy but sufficient............................

Our room is spacious and well appointed. We love the easy access to the pool and hot tub.

Asked for a microwave and they gave us one. They cleaned it first.

I liked the fact that there was a lounge and places to eat. However it was disappointing to see the everything had a time limit. Breakfast was only a certain amount of time then closed. There was nothing for lunch until 5 for dinner. Another plus there is a pool outdoors but not in doors.

The stay and staff were fine but the facilities are tired and in need of an upgrade.

When they say airport, they mean airport. If you're flying in and out of Fresno, you can't get any closer than this property. But... it's incredibly noisy, outdated, and worn. There wasn't any soundproofing that I could tell, and a block from the airstrip, it's vital.

For the price, it was exactly what we expected. The pillows could of been thicker and provided more support and the best feature of our room was the duel headed shower.

The shuttle to the airport is convenient, staff fairly pays attention or makes eye contact with the guest, breakfast is included only for an extra charge

I liked the proximity to the airport and the restaurant. I did not like that our room was not serviced on the 2nd day. It would have been nice to have the free breakfasts most motels now offer.

I liked that they had water and fruit avaiable at the front desk. The rooms large sliding door windows face towards the swimming pool very nice. The pool levels with steps was impressive.
