Really nice and helpful staff, really all a bunch of nice people.

It was an older place. It hadn't been updated, The lobby was deceiving, because it was nice. The hallways, and rooms were musty and dirty. I didn't use the shower because it was such a yucky room The other guests were loud and inconsiderate. I paid way too much

It was ok. A bit shabby. The bed did the trick and gave me rest good enough for flight. I just dont understand why American hotels dont have USB charging stations at the desk and nightstand. The shower was great, plenty of towels. I wish the old school paradigm of TV, remote and fridge would be overturned for useful things like multiple USB charging ports, and plenty of towels. If any Hotel owners are reading this, Id highly recommend going to Lisbon, Stockholm, Helsinki to see how its done properly. Everything was OK at this hotel, but why settle for competent ? America is looking like a drab, run-down 3rd world country more by the year.

The place is tired, it is old and it really needs improvements to bring it up to modern day Hotel Standards.

There wasn’t no soap shampoo anything to wash my hands I never been to a hotel that didn’t give u soap very disappointed

I used to love staying here ! My recent stay was horrible ! The room smelled like cigarettes, it wasn’t clean! Bathroom and sinks were dirty!

It’s closed to the airport. The room should have a microwave.

This hotel is located close to the Airport, that was the only reason I sayed there, on a business trip. I have to say it was the noisiest place I have stayed yet, other than a misadventure at a motel6 once. There is zero onsite security, although they now keep the doors locked at all times to keep the homeless from wandering into the place, it has a general feeling of neglect and I feel it is unsafe for families with children. There are a lot of construction type workers therem but like myself, they are not there for the amenities, just a place to sleep the night. It is a damn shame, this used to be a very upscale hotel for the business and well to do class, it has descended into econo type motel status. No access to pool, no access to Hot tub, no access to business area, And no bar, no onsite eating, and Zero room service. Yet, they have not discounted their price tier with everything lacking as it is. It is overpriced totally for a noisy and raucous neighbor filled somewhat sleepless night that you are paying for. I am really disgusted and am so sad to see this place so run down, from its heyday in the 1990's.

It was close to the airport , hotels around there are more expensive.

The staff was very polite very helpful the rooms were very clean

It is 1970's ere decor throughout, not a well maintained property. At night all sorts of scary riff raff wander through the hallways, hard to sleep with all the noise, constant arguments in the rooms around you , and where is the security ? There are no security people on the premise. , but the most annoying thing is the property seems to be used either for drug selling or a location for prostitutes. All hour of the night there is doors opening, and closing as people come in from the east side of the building. Some of these people looked both dangerous as well as druggie type. We will Never stay at this property again, it is no good and unsafe for my family.

Enjoyed the bar and the cafe. House keeping was slow to respond and required two call to the front desk for clean towels. We would stay again.

Prefer to stay on the second floor due to noise between floors

The room was big and the shower worked well. The hotel is close to the airport which was very convenient for us. They have a shuttle to pick you up. The shuttle driver, a young men, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Stayed four days and each day had to request housekeeping and sheets.

when you check in the hotel talks up the gym qiite a bit, even on the Hotel tv channel, However it is no gym, it is basically a large walk-in closet with an untunable tv blaring MSNBC on the Wall at a high volume, no remote control, just endless faux dribble pouring into the small room like so much MSM effluent. Ok the gym, it is a larger closet with three treadmill machines on the floor, all pointing at the dreaded tv of perpetual MSNBC...eeeel, Gag,...Barf !!!. please at least change to channel toDiscovery or something with a hint of intellectual capacity... Anyway Hotel clean, complimentary breakfast great, service great. I love this Hotel, even with all its faults
