The staff was courteous, and the room was fair. I had a room with linoleum type of floors. After I took a shower and walked around some in my bare feet, they became gross and dirty on the bottom. The floors were not cleaned prior to my stay and for that reason you don't get a good review.

I always stay at Hotel Picadilly when I come to Fresno. The price is wonderful for what you’re getting. The rooms are really nice, the bed is spacious, and the continental breakfast is free. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way this past stay is that the lady who checked me in said my room number out loud with other people around after asking if I was traveling alone, which is super dangerous for me as a young woman traveling by herself. I also had an issue with my keys, which was totally my own fault, and when I returned to fix it, the same lady who checked me in had to be prompted by her busy co-worker, as she came in and sat down without helping. I don’t remember her name. It didn’t ruin my stay overall though, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It was just one unfortunate person/interaction.

Room was ok. Coffee/tea maker did not work. If it did, only one tea bag was there. Only one makeup remover item. 2 women on trip, so makes no sense. My brother's room was same as ours and 2 other family member's rooms, but only his had robes. Did not make sense. Beds were comfy. Bright light from HVAC is annoying. Parking was very easy. Quiet area.

The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is always very friendly here. My only complaint is that if you want extra coffee in your room they charge a dollar per Keurig pod. I still give 5 stars.
