The supervisor was so rude, i’ve asked for just 5 mins since my daughter is just taking a shower from swimming and they keep on knocking at the room even before check out time, every 5 mins even 30 mins before check out time. The cleaner was saying that it was the supervisor who kept on knocking on the room. The staff in the reception an breakfast area was nice though

I made a reservation for an executive king-size bed, but the hotel gave me a room with two queen-size beds. I went back to the front desk and asked the staff to change the room to the king-size bed that I had reserved, but the staff at the front desk said that they were fully booked today and that I had made the reservation that way. I received the key and went to the second room that was assigned to me, but the key did not work, so I went to the third front desk to get the key and went into the room, but I was assigned the room that was the furthest from the front desk, so I was upset when I tried to sleep, and I left a review requesting that it be corrected because it was definitely the hotel's fault.

While a hotel by definition, it had more of a motel feel because it is actually made up of several buildings and you have to walk between them to get from the front desk to your room or restaurant, etc. One important thing to note - there is no elevator to get to second floor rooms. So if you have any mobility challenges, be sure you get a room on the first floor! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant had very tasty food options if you want to grab dinner there. The breakfast was decent and area kept very clean, but was hit or miss on what was available each day (2 days the pancake machine wasn't working, 1 day there was no OJ, so the only cold drink option was water, which ran out quickly since that was the only option and the staff had to keep refilling the small dispenser.) While they claim to have guest laundry, don't count on it being available because there is only one machine in a locked room that only one guest can access at a time, which is first come- first served to whomever gets to the front desk for the key first. We gave up after a couple attempts and went to the local Wash & Dry a couple miles away. That is a 5-star laundry; cleanest and best service I have ever seen; strongly encourage anyone that needs to do some laundry to go there! Overall, I'd definitely stay here again when traveling in the area.

Mostly it was a nice hotel. Breakfast didn’t have any bacon or sausage, and no waffle maker. The outside door to my room hall was broken which didn’t make me feel safe, and there was no elevator. I struggled to get up to my room carrying my luggage up the stairs, as I am a senior citizen woman.
