Clean, conveniently located near banks, restaurants & shopping

It was very nice and comfortable stay. My family and I felt like home.

The Best Western Plus Fresno Inn is a lovely hotel, the staff is very pleasant and it is close to everything. There is a great shopping mall directly across the street, along with some very nice restaurants, a CVS on one corner, a Mobil gas station on another, and there is a Trader Joe's 3 minutes away. The rooms are very comfortable and I appreciated the coffee and breakfast served in the breakfast area in the mornings.

great location...close to starbucks, supermarkets, gas station, highway

Very good room, efficient checkin and checkout, quiet, clean, well-sited, BUT the breakfast room is too small to accommodate the guests. On our first day the room was just packed with people and we could not get to the counters or find anyplace to sit. So we had to go out to breakfast.

Great staff and service! Room we stayed in was perfect for when you bring your little ones.

ALL AROUND NICE PLACE TO STAY MET ALL THE CRITERIA THAT I REQUIRE TO MAKE MY LADIES HAPPY

We were there for two nights. This place is located in a nice and quite neighborhood with ample parking. Hotel lobby and the room were neat and well maintained. Has free high speed internet too. Overall, a good place to stay.

Peaceful and quiet night. Friendly and helpful employees.

I hadn't stayed in a Best Western (that I can recall) before and I was really impressed! The rooms were big, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I didn't take advantage of the pool and hot tub but those looked great! I wish the staff had been a little bit more specific in recommending a restaurant to me...but I was able to find something to eat nevertheless.

Very clean rooms with friendly staff. Price is right and location near mall, restaurants and easy access to Hwy 41.

Very good and clean hotel with hot breakfast. Little noisy on the lower level.

The hotel is located behind a Check Cashing building which made the location very quiet, because it was off the main street and secluded. The hotel is across the street from a shopping mall. There are several restaurants at the shopping mall as well as some other restaurants on the main street nearby. The staff were friendly, the rooms and the hotel were neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff in that area were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were fairly quiet. If we're ever in Fresno again we would most definitely stay at this hotel and will highly recommend it to our friends and family.

In heart of north Fresno, a little off main busy shopping area, convenient to many restaurants, newly remodeled and very clean, good value!

Awesome remodel. Looks brand new. Very clean and the beds were perfect -not too soft. Breakfast needs improvement. Eggs/sausages were not good and the coffee was like water. An upgrade is needed. Nice North Fresno location. Easy freeway access and lots of shopping and restaurants. I will stay again in the future but will skip the breakfast in favor of Starbucks and McDonalds next door.

Hotel was very clean and a good place to stay. Spacious king room. Breakfast buffet should change the menu daily. Was there 5 nights and they had scrambled eggs and sausage four days in a row.

Exactly what I said in the title. The eggs had a strange taste.

The location is challenging as it is near a freeway entrance. Facility is new and well kept up. Pool is very small. Stay was pleasant but billing issues that should not have happened did. Two charges were put on our bill that had to be reversed. This has never happened before. The hassle made us not want to repeat a stay there.

Nice clean rooms great amenities and freadly staff

I was pleased with the conditions of the hotel. The pool and spa were located in a discreet spot, so I didn't feel like I was out in the middle of the traffic and parking lot. The room was very comfortable. The one problem I had was when I was checking in and out. The staff member was spending more time on her personal phone call than me. I don't know if it is related, but when I checked out, my account was incorrect and showed I had to pay cash. The facilities were great, one of the staff not so much.
