The staff was very nice. They gave us an upgrade because our key didn’t work! I got nervous when I seen water from kids swimming....afraid of skipping. But otherwise it was a very pleasant stay...not out first time here either! We will continue to visit this hotel!
Everything was great except the dead bees in the pool... And it was only a few but gave my son anxiety because he's a child but other then that it was great!! I would definitely come again
When I got into my room one bed had not been made, it just had the mattress pad on it. The room was so-so, heating/cooling was okay, bed was okay, some furniture had seen better days. The lobby was very nice, and the manager reception and breakfast were very good.
Great rooms, friendly staff, central location for my needs. What’s not to like? Well done, as always.
AC unit was so distracting my wife couldn’t sleep. Ear plugs were provided but not comfortable. So we had to turn the unit off so the room became too cold.
Extremely loud road noise ... not a good location for a hotel.

New hotel with great photos. Rooms were clean and modern looking. But...the hotel faces freeway to the west and train tracks to the east. Train ran all night and blew its whistle with each passing. TV channels were consistently not working. Tech tried to fix it but couldn't and no manager was ever present to solve the problem. Paid full price for a semi-functioning room with lots of train noise. Pass on this hotel.
This hotel is easy to get to and close to shopping. Outside of town, it is a quick getaway when time to head back. Staff is great.
I've stayed at this hotel many times before. Past trips, as this one, this Holiday Inn did not disappoint. The hotel is very clean & well located. The staff is great, and the morning breakfast is better than some restaurants. I can't recommend this Holiday Inn Express highly enough.
A bit of highway noise, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast that was included was much more than cold cereal, cheap Danish & coffee. Several hot and tasty options as well. Exercise room, pool/spa and newspaper all included.
This is my second stay for work and I really like a hotel and staff, however, it is sooo noisy here. Trains, trucks and the A/C in the room is so loud it makes it difficult to sleep and hear the TV. This is a busy area for trucks and trains. Staff is wonderful and rate is reasonable for the area. Shopping and Starbucks next door. Easy access to highway. Also suggest this hotel add drought water saving requests/tips in all their rooms. I heard the shower run above me for a very very long time. Very important to conserve!
