The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. But this place is a bare bones facility. Elevator floor filthy, lights burnt out, rickity and squeels. Room keys wouldn't work x5. People next door screamed and fought for two nights. Just okay, but place is run down and understaffed.

While the rooms had lots of space, everything in the room was run-down, even broken.

The surrounding environment around this hotel is creepy, and the building and indoor layout are weird. The shower handle was missing and the shower door frame did not align well to close properly. Water was pretty small when showering. The bedroom was quite dark as there was only 1 light bulb working. Not enough toilet paper/facial tissue provided. The room was not quite ready for check in yet. The attitude of the checkout front desk was not nice. This hotel is not Bestwestern quality.

For the price, property very worn. The carpet was so ripped that the carpet tack board was sticking out, and I scrapped the bottom of my foot. The shower had an unappealing blood like stain on the floor.

Didn’t like anything

The staff was polite enough, but the rooms were filthy and smelled dirty/smokey. There was no gym of any kind, as advertised. And when I asked the staff, they said there's never been one. I would not stay again.

Our room definitely needed some upgrading. The paint was chipping everywhere and we never had any hot water. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from the previous guests. When my husband asked where the ice machine was he was told by the front desk clerk to wait because she had to get it for him. The location was definitely convenient and close to a lot of places we went but I wouldn’t come back.

This motel has become very low budget and it’s prices and deposit is ridiculous high200.00 for deposit.

The manager was really understanding, he did what he could to compensate my stay there due to so many mistakes in the room I stayed in. Now the room was unclean, stains on the floor that was sticky, the fridge was rocky, unstable, dishwasher didn’t work, the place had a kitchen but nothing to cook with, no utensils, every hotel that I have rented that had kitchens came with what I needed to cook and eat with. Also the WiFi did not work, I had to hotspot from my own phone just to watch Netflix and other shows. Some receptionist was rude and narrow minded and didn’t seem to care to help. Giving the excuse that they were new when it seemed as if they knew what they were doing already. This place really went down from the first time I stayed there. I was really disappointed and couldn’t wait to get out of there. If I had to give it a star rating it would be a 1 star this time, cause it made motel 6 room look like a luxury hotel compared to the room I stayed in.

We asked for a room with a bed and a fold out, but we didn't get a fold out or an extra bed. We selected this hotel because of the exterior corridor entrance for prevention purposes, but the outside doors were not working so we had to go through the lobby where a customer was there not wearing a mask. The lobby was small so passing with 6 feet distance was not possible.

The property was centrally-located in Fresno. We were disappointed with the false advertising by Orbitz and the hotel and no one wanted to take responsibility for it. The room was advertised to have 3 beds: 1King, 1 Queen, and 1 Double sofa bed. According to the front desk personnel, this was a mistake on Orbitz side since they said that they do not have this type of room configuration in their facility. What they gave us was 1King, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 Twin sofa bed. On top of this, there were no extra pillows or sheets provided for the sofa beds. We had to pick them up ourselves from the front desk. We had to go back a few times to front desk because they didn't have sheets available. There was a kitchen in the room that leaked. We wiped down the place when we got there and the surfaces were dirty, the carpets were stained.
