Comfortable bed & pillow, room was clean, convenient location.

Right on freeway 41, which is good for location- it's safe, centrally located, convenient. But bad since half of the rooms face it(the windows were thick but the sound got through), the pool is right up against the freeway, I can't imagine that would be pleasant to be out there.

The staff was very helpful with directions. The hotel and our room were exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for our needs. Kudos for the girl keeping the breakfast counters full and clean.

The front desk staff was GREAT! Very helpful. I checked in super late and had NO problems. The room was amazing and everything was nicely placed. The only thing that was a bit sad was that the window was so dirty so I couldn't see the freeway lol not a huge problem but clean windows are better:)

It was a good stay for one night. Not much around the area except office buildings or medical park.

Didn't spend much time at the hotel, due to work commitments. But we were satisfied with the overall atmosphere.

You get what you pay for. However, the pool surprisingly lacks lounge chairs.

Hotel is in nice neighborhood and very clean. Unfortunately it built next to the major highway and at night we hear cars. We had good time, hotel and room was clean with friendly staffs. Price was fare.

We had to be in Fresno on short notice, and being grad weekend at the Univ., there were not many rooms to be had. Got a great price on this hotel. They accommodated an early check-in, and the facility was nice. Breakfast was good, and the 24 hour coffee/tea is always a welcome touch. However, we somewhat overslept on the morning we were to depart, so I called the desk to confirm check-out time (11 AM) and request a late check-out. On a Sunday, the Fresno hotels seem to empty out, so I thought it would be a no brainer. Unfortunately, their policy is that, unless you are a member of their IHG rewards program, you cannot get a late checkout. As we were packing up and leaving, a staff member was rapping on all the doors with a key to hurry people up. And, to add a touch of sensitivity to an already tense weekend, the front desk called our room at probably 11:01 to ask why we hadn't checked out yet. We stay in enough mid-price hotels to know what is typical, and I feel that running everyone out of your hotel as if we are criminals is not warranted. The woman at the desk saw me taking a load of luggage to the car right around the time she was calling our room. The events of that morning ruined an otherwise pleasant hotel. Give me a break and get over yourselves. Your hotel isn't THAT special.

It has changed since my last stay. Quality has dropped. Had a few cockroaches in the bathroom

We stayed one night on the way to Yosemite. Plan to stay on the side of the hotel facing away from the freeway and you will be happy campers, unless you like a view of the freeway from 100 feet away. Also, watch where you park as the irrigation sprinklers came on overnight and covered our new car with hard water deposits. We actually had to stop the next day to buy a special Windex to be able to wipe the car's windows clean.

Nice, clean and conveniently located near River Park Shopping Center. Complimentary breakfast was very good including eggs & bacon and breakfast room was large (some are quite small & you trip over everyone else). During check in the young woman never looked at me once, just ran through the script and gave me our keys, which was kind of strange. Not sure if I would stay there again only because of the freeway noise, which was a bit loud, but the room was large and a very good value.

Nice hotel. Great staff, comfortable room. WiFi was intermittent and the air-conditioner had to be reset each night (The maintenance guy said they were in the process of replacing the air conditioners) but overall a nice stay.

We started a ling trip and a friend just booked a very cheap run down hotel. The worst experience. We decided to cancel and I decided book Holiday Inn express. I have heard of its consistence in good service and clenliness. Sure enough the moment i stepped in to the Holiday Inn express we where able to smell the difference, yes smell. I checked in and went straight to the room, and without a doubt it was a refreshing place to just rest. I will from now on continue to look for Holiday Inn.

We stopped over on the way to Northern Cal.... great part of Fresno (not the icky part) walking distance to Ihop and freeway close!

What you would expect for this level but done well. Good breakfast.

The staff was very helpful in placing me in the room of my choice which was spacious and laid out nicely. Tthe hotel is located within a couple of miles of numerous dining and shopping opportunities. I stay here every time I go to Fresno.

Great staff and very helpful with our vacation

Everybody there worked at the hotel was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. There was a party going on until 2 in the morning. I had to call the front desk and complain. The air conditioner was loud and the hotel backs up to the interstate. This is not the place to go for peace and quiet. I feel like this was a complete waste of money on a sleepless night.
