Our room smelled terrible when we checked in. When we checked out and told the front desk about it they were disrespectful. We have been sick since we stayed there.

Stayed 3 nights over a long weekend near famiky that lives in Fresno.

I chose this hotel because we were attending a concert at the convention center. Although it's not the best neighborhood, I chose it for convenience. The staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Even though there was a large convention at the hotel, the room was very quiet. Wish they had more elevators.

We stayed at the Fresno Hotel and Conference Center for one night. Our room was located on the third floor. Overall our stay was nice. We had requested a King bed, but got a room with two Queens - we made it work. Our room was on the third floor, where renovations are happening. Fortunately, the construction crew stopped working at 6pm and didn't start back up until 8:30am the next morning. Our room was nice, the beds were soft.

This place is great clean comfort. Good for family or business

Amenities on site, I didn't even have to leave the building. Was a short visit, pleasant facility and staff.

whole trip couldn't have been smoother. Friendly staff. Zero issues

Great interior, clean, comfortable, spacious room. Staff was great, what more can you ask?

I stayed at this hotel for two non-consecutive nights on a trip to Yosemite NP. The room was clean and comfortable. I was in late and out early so didn't explore the hotel much. I ordered Pizza from the on-site Pizza Hut and it was good and delivered quickly. It is a short walk to the Amtrak station but a 15 min cab ride to the airport when you flight leaves before 7 am or arrives after 9pm. Only complaint was the hours of the free shuttle (only 7am - 9 pm).

fine hotel. located in Fresno. staff was unfriendly but relatively professional. had garish waterfall in middle of hotel (seems criminal in the water-starved state). On the positive side, the room was comfortable and clean and there was a nice little business center for checking email.

The staff could be more friendly. They didn't answer any cuestion.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, the surroundings were pleasant and relaxing even on a rainy day. With reservation, checking in was a breeze. The accommodating staff was great. I really appreciate when they called us to make sure we have everything we need. The room was clean. The purpose of our stay was for a business meeting; therefore, we did not have time to venture out to explore nearby attractions. My general impression of Radisson Hotel is good and wouldn't have to think twice for future visits.

Radisson needs an FF&E update at this location, but over all, from a corporate travelers perspective, the sleep comfort bed was a welcome site, the food was good and the staff professional.

Stuff was very nice and professional. Room was clean, bed was very comfortale.

If it weren't for the crazy drunken people retching outside my window, it would have been a perfect stay. There was a big shin dig going on down in the lobby and I am fine with that, but I was on the 6th floor and could hear out the window, which was closed, the people from the party laughing and talking and eventually I could hear them retching at around 4:30 am. Not the thing I want to have waking me in the middle of the night.

worked more to do around the property not as good

The Hotel is excellent and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accessible. My place to stay in Fresno.

The area is marginal, probably wouldn't be walking around at night alone. The restaurant at the hotel has enough selection and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was vey professional and friendly.

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, I was only there for one night. Would have liked a microwave oven in the room.

We thank you for taking the time to post your review. We will share your feedback with our Food and Beverage team. In terms of our location downtown Fresno, it definitely does not have a residential 'feel' and we apologize that you felt the business district felt 'barrio.' We do hope to see you on a future visit to Fresno to visit your family or to enjoy the many attractions in the Central California area.
