Took 20 mins to find my reservation, gave me the wrong room at first. Room was filthy with bed bugs in sheets. Had a window with no curtain so street light was coming through. I left not an hour after arriving. Don’t stay here.

Room was clean and no cigarette smell..Yesss! None! I am so thankful for this updated surestay by best western location. Bathroom was clean, fridge was clean, microwave was clean. Room also came with a personal coffee maker. The housekeepers were very attentive. Thank you to the older housekeeper who swept the pigeon poop on the second floor and for offering new towels and toliet rolls. Would recommend this location to friends and families visiting Fresno. Can't beat the price.
