Very disappointed by the service here, had an early start to catch a flight to LA but no hot water! I told reception who genuinely didn’t seem to care and said I should’ve let the water run for longer (I left it running for over 10mins) no apology or offer of refund etc. very disappointed considering the cost to stay!

I needed the airport shuttle twice during this stay. The first time it took forever. The second time THE DRIVER COULDN'T BE FOUND even though I had reminded them twice. This is really unsatisfactory, especially since I'm an IHG Rewards member.
