It's was great which is why I love staying here whenever I'm in town.

We enjoyed our recent stay for our wedding anniversary. Very clean hotel and great staff. Loved the Starbucks coffee and food options as well. A great place to relax.

Easy check in and check out, very friendly staff, freeway close, nice big clean room.

There is need for additional staff at reception. Most Clients checks in when they are tired. Most of them would hate to spead a minute waiting for their room key, but staff here seems not to understand this.

It was cool, would stay again.......................

We stayed to attend a college graduation weekend of various activities. The location is set off the main street so it was quiet even thought it was just minutes from the freeway. Close to restaurants and shopping. There was a florist up the street which was perfect. The staff wasn't overly attentive but friendly, which is fine. It's not a 5 star hotel. The rooms were spacious and bed comfortable. I liked have a small deck for the additional privacy from the family.

I stayed here with my love to visit family in the area for a few days. We loved the pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff quickly came to our service when we locked ourselves out of our room. It was right next to Fashion Fair mall and a short drive from Riverpark so we always had something to do when we were done lounging at the pool.

Disappointed with room we booked a room 2 queen beds with a living space. There was just a chair stuck in the corner, went to lobby to complain and the lady said all the rooms that have a living space was with double beds than the other girl said all the other queen bed were booked and have been for a while. I booked this room a month in advance. Will not Stay there again ad misleading.

The front desk staff was friendly and quick to accommodate us. We stayed here two nights during our trip to Yosemite. The room was clean, but there was a light funky smell. Didn't bother us, but it was noticeable. Parking was plentiful and our room was just a short distance from our car. There is a Starbucks and In N Out relatively close to the hotel so that's a bonus. The entrance to the hotel can be quite tricky to find at night. A sign near the main road would help.

Not a great area but this hotel is off the main road and close to freeway but quiet , clean and comfy. They have a restaurant, bar and Starbucks so you don't have to worry about going out after a long day. Will stay again if rates don't go up.

average experience, clean room but bed was not relaxing, very poor signage from main road, not enough choice for breakfast

Alumni guys trip for the UNLV game. Location is great. Room is clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Had dinner with a friend in Fresno, and spent the night. Great restaurants and shopping right across the street. The staff was super friendly, and the bed was real comfortable. What more do you need! :))

This hotel is amazing! Everything is lovely - - - from the room to the staff! We also enjoyed the additional breakfast package. . . The food in the Bistro is delicious and the staff very helpful! We plan to stay here again and again as we have family now living in Fresno!

excellent location and right on the money when wanting just a room for the night

Clean, comfortable. Location great, but hotel not easy to find. Excellent staff.

We booked this hotel because of it's central location of visiting people and places in Frenso! We loved that it was on Shaw but a bit of a distance from the street, so it wasn't noisy or hard to get to! The staff were amazing, they helped us out a lot when we needed to book the same room for a few more nights! And the breakfast was so nice and filling!! The room size was perfect for a very busy 10 month old baby. Would stay here again and again!!!

This hotel is very clean and nice just like what the picture shows. I like their free coffee at lobby and convenient location where close to many stores and restaurants.

It was very satisfactory with wonderful beds.

The hotel was in a nice location and the appearance of the hotel was nice, as well. However, the hotel double booked our room and at 10:45pm, my husband and I were awoken by another couple trying to get into our room. My husband and I were continuously bothered by the other couple's friends knocking on our door and calling our room looking for their friends. When I went to the front desk to inform the hotel of the constant knocking and phone calls and their mistake of double booking our room, the hotel concierge said "I'm sorry" and that's it. The hotel staff did not go out of their way to fix the problem or make up for the inconvenience my husband and I had.
