So the room definitely wasn't up to my cleaning standards as far as like how I like my places to be cleaned the pillows were flat there was cockroaches and when I went to go and take a shower I turned on the water and put the faucet up so I could turn the shower on and then the whole entire thing just came off the wall the faucet

The front desk man was very rude n unwilling to help with a reservation mistake I had to call Expedia n do a two way call to make him help us. The area at night is not safe homeless n sketchy people. Room smelled like cigarets no house keeping at all. I won’t be staying here again not a safe place, pay extra for a better stay elsewhere.

Staff-rude, room: bedspreads- paper thin, lots of burned-looking holes on them, smelly. Towels- dinghy white-gray. I scared to use them but had to. Glad that I travel with my own pillow and emergency blanket. They really need to step it up.

The multiple homeless and other sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot at all hours, the high as kites couple playing loud music, fighting, screaming and slamming the door in the next room at 2 am til they got kicked out…otherwise, bed was comfortable, toilet flushed, and no bed bugs.

It was horrible,the people in the room next door had alot of children they were yelling all night and the couple were arguing and banging on our wall all night,its 7:27 am and they are still awake...We couldnt sleep and they came to knock on our door because we called the front desk 4 times during the nigjt and they didnt do anything..we didnt open because it was the neighbors...If I could file for a refund I would like to know how to go about doing that..I am tired and got no sleep all night!

It looked like the sheets had not been changed; there was black hair in the sheets and in the sink. It smelled so strongly of cleaning product the entire stay and gave me a migraine. I would never return.

Clean rooms, and the staff are friendly. There needs to be some security or monitors on the floors because people are allowed to run up and down the halls at all hours of the night. I know some people are living there and this is probably them because they feel more comfortable with the property. But for those of us working the next morning, it is very difficult.

I didn't feel too safe outside of the hotel. There were a lot of folks standing around outside being loud. I even had a gentlemen knock on my door asking if i knew somebody. The last night i stayed it was very loud, a lot of banging doors and being loud.

I really enjoyed this Motel 6, for the price you get a really decent room. Its Fresno so lots of night activity, but felt safe and lots of fast food and Dennys across the street. Would stay again

Room smelled like smoke. The bedding had dirt, hairs, and stains on it. The shower faucet looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. The tv did not work either.

Night staff was very rude and dismissive. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled terribly like cigarettes. The room also only came with 2 towels even through we explicitly stated there were 4 people on our reservation. When we asked the gentleman at the front desk for more towels, he only gave us 1 extra towel and refused to give us another. Absolutely ridiculous.
