You're getting what you pay for. A cheap bed in a city. It's dirty, smells like smoke, and there are cockroaches. However, if this is all that's left...
Place was not clean was given one towel and told no when asked for a second one when registered for stay of two people one child so why I was told no is not understood
The carpet was absolutely filthy, after walking barefoot for a few minutes, the bottom of your feet would be black! WiFi password was given, but WiFi didn’t even work. We tried getting ice from the ice machine, but it didn’t work either.
I didn’t like my phone being stolen from my room.
Easy access to downtown fresno. Lots of dog poo in parking lot.
The room was clean and the place was quiet. I like that breakfast was provided as well
A advertised breakfast that wasn't anything more than pices of white bread layed out in the sun, pre-wrapped "bear claws" that looked ancient, also out in the sun, and zero coffee. The attached Subway store wasn't open the entire time I was there and there is absolutely nothing in the immediate area as far as restaraunts. Unless you count the Dennys that was five blocks away.
We got ready to go dance and the Rainbow Ballroom! The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
Room was super hot when we checked in (over 100 degrees) and took a long time to cool down with A/C. Hostile hotel staff.
Invested with roaches, light switch are broken, showers are filled with rust, blinds are broken, no windows curtains. Rude staff especially the imdian female lady, they have children working the front counter literally the little girl could have not been older than 13.
Room standards were fine for the price. Hotel it’s pretty old.
Booked the hotel last minute during a time where most hotels in the area we wanted were booked up for a AG Show. We weren't sure what to expect for the cheap price and last minute booking, but the room was at least better than expected (not terrible). The carpet had some stains, but the rest of the room was decent.
Could never find hotel staff in the office. Couldn't get the shower to turn on. No sugar or creamer in the lobby. Room had such a powerful fragrance, not sure if it was air freshener or someone's cologne even after leaving the door and fan on for one hr apon our 11 hr drive, still could not remove the smell. Triggered my asthma and allergies. Liked that it was only minutes from the hospital.
Stay was good, and rooms were clean, the staff was nice and helpful
The hotel was in a nice area near by bus and train station freindly staff great price near by restaurant shopping ,sightseeing close by grocery store what more could ask for
