Staff was very pleasant and accommodating
The Room, bed and shower were very good as was the breakfast bar. Several facilities were closed or out of order. Our biggest complaint was service well below our standards and expectations. After making the reservations 5 1/2 months earlier, we arrived at property at 4 pm (1 hour after published check in) and were told our room was not yet made up or available. An hour later, it was still not available and the staff person at the desk provided a lame excuse at best. Finally, at 7 pm (4 hours after published check in) our room was finally available. While we usually enjoy staying at Hampton Inns, we will not be staying at this locationagain.
Breakfast is… well… a bottle of water, a packaged pastry and an apple. They could do better for sure.
Chrissy checked us in very quickly and set us up with a very quiet room.
We really liked the front desk staff as they were very friendly. This is the first time we stay here and the place is really nice and clean. Very quiet rooms and the rooms and super clean. I strongly recommend the stay.
Lots of electrical plugs, spacious and clean. My room was a bit noisy, facing the freeway
Only negative experience was check in. A group in front of me (late check in, so only one attendant) was super slow in providing the correct info. At one point after about 8-10 minutes, one person had to go to their room to get more info. The attendant just waited. After another 4-5 minutes, I asked if there was another person who could help him with registration. He said he could help me. Then why didn't he just offer as two of us were just standing there, not part of the wedding party trying to register?
Had a great stay and the staff was great. I would stay again.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, up to date and comfortable room, reasonably quiet. Great breakfast buffet with eggs, waffle station, biscuits, fruit, etc. Roomy outdoor jacuzzi nice after a long drive, was hot even as outside air was chilly. Pool not heated, too cold to use when air was chilly. Easy to find hotel, right off Hwy. 41, across the street from Chilis. Onsite coin-operated laundry room, exercise room. They had free cookies in lobby to greet us! Room had empty minifridge, coffeemaker. Good hot shower, comfortable and clean bathroom. Cable TV wasn't great, with slow-flipping cablebox and limited basic cable package, but it worked. One elevator was intermittently out of service, but the other one worked fine. Easy parking lot. Would recommend. About 1:45 to Yosemite park entrance.
The hotel was conveniently located off hwy 41 and was in a quiet location but close to shops. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only issue I had was that house keeping did not come through to refresh my room on one of the days, not sure how it was missed as we were out of our room by 8 am each day. The contentential breakfast was fresh and good during our 3 night stay. The dining room was spacious with plenty of seating and nicely decorated and maintained. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were easy comfy for a good nights rest!
This Hampton is showing it's age. It felt like it was at the lower end of the spectrum for a Hampton. The chair was dirty in the room, the TV was small, the carpet felt dirty, and the lamps did not have plugs for my phone, so I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone. There was definitely nothing spectacular and it could use some updating.
Good one night stay, pool was heated, good breakfast but potatoes were awful. Lots of water seem to be leaking onto the entrance driveway to the parking lot. Water coming from the pool area forming a large standing water in the driveway and gutter. Very quiet.
Very comfortable and tidy room. Beware it is located near the highway.
Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was lacking but I think we were crashing the room pretty hard. When we asked the front desk to help us out they got it right.
The hotel staff, it's room the breakfast and overall all the amenities are really good. Other than the outside weather not in it's high 90's.

Only stayed for one night, but liked our room, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning. Really appreciate that since we had a long drive home ahead of us. The hotel attendant was very helpful in giving us direction to the freeway in the morning. Friendly atmosphere.
