We had such a wonderful stay in this home. It was perfect for our group -- me and my husband along with my 80+ year-old parents and our two teenage kids. There are three large rooms with en-suite bathrooms at separate ends of the house so everyone had plenty of private space. The living areas are spacious and lovely, and the kitchen was well-stocked; we love to cook and had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. The garden is beautiful and extends the living space into the outdoors. The house was very clean, though it could benefit from some TLC around the edges. If you are looking for a newly-renovated property, this is probably not the right choice for you, but it was perfect for us because it is so spacious. (My brother and his family rented a home in East Mesa at the same price point; it was perfectly renovated but much smaller.) For folks who are not familiar with Montecito, this location is perfect - 10 minutes by car from great hiking and 10 minutes to the beach. The property management company, Casago, were very responsive and proactive; I would definitely rent from them again.
