Great service clean pool and good food staff extremely helpful

Badddddddddddddddddddd everythnggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Good location, the best service in the whole hotel was the valet parkers. They were super nice. They gave us the worst room possible with a nice view of the parking lot on the ground floor. The room was small and not very impressive especially for $320 a night.

Location is very convenient to beach & zoo, the Spanish architecture adds to the whole Santa Barbara experience. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Nice pool area although the happy hour food was just okay. The staff was helpful. Suggestion-put a larger side table in bathroom & a mirror outside bathroom would be helpful.

We initially got a really old room with a rolling barn day for a bathroom door , the room was super small and the heating and the air unit was right in front of the bed at same level as the bed. I asked for another room and for a some more money we were upgraded to an absolutely beautiful room it was awesome, the rest of the stay was wonderful

The maids were particularly nice. Wish there was more chairs in the room.

It was a great stay, if you needed anything they were sure to get it for you.

Rwebsie photos does not match facilities. Request 1 king bed and none available 1st night hotel staff did not make up for discrepancy. Offered king bed for 2nd night but room air conditioning was not adjustable and bed uncomfortable. 1st room bed linen had stains. More like a motel than a hotel. We spent more time away from room.

Great hotel with lots of characters next to the beach. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and both times we enjoyed it.

I was expecting more for the price. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with better furniture. The Furniture was old and broken. I had to call maintenance twice. Once to unclogged the toilet and the other for the room fridge. Definitely needs to be updated. Will not stay again. The only good thing was the staff. They were all very nice and accommodating.

Room was smelly and dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced. Food service unavailable after 10pm. Pool was unavailable after 10pm as well.

Great room, great food! Love the very heated pool and clean hot Jacuzzi. Excellent luxury stay - will stay here again.

Not that I get too concerned about the quality of the furniture in a hotel, it looks as if Hyatt furnished the rooms with items which fell off of a truck (literally). The location of the property saves it from being a complete and total miss.

The location is great, walking distance from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly. The room was nicely renovated, but it didn't feel comfortable enough because of the hard beds and loud AC. Also, the room didn't smell and clean.

Needs to be remodeled. Ok place, but would not stay again.
