We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM. The hotel was not busy on a Monday. They said "our" room was not ready and we had to wait untill 4:00. However, for $30 upgrade we could have a room immediately. We're seniors and we were tired so we paid the upgrade charge. We've stayed at this hotel a few times before with no issues.ill think twice before using this Hyatt again.I have never had this issue with Marriott or Hilton.

We thought the hotel had a great location-in the middle of everything. We enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony and looking at the beach. We were able to walk to a lot of things.
