this is a very old hotel, no elevator, so if you have heavy bags good luck. rooms are clean but smell old, furniture torn; but bed is very comfortable, firm mattress and nice sheets.

The room was cleaned, but its old and rundown.Had some lot lizards(hookers) staying in the next building so traffic out side was all night. Had people out side talking at 3 am so bring ear plugs and a 45acp could not hurt .

Amenities are way below standard. Very low water pressure that changed when anyone in same building turned on water. Cleanliness was very challenged. Room was slated as non-smoking, but room smelled of smoke and old, outdated furniture bore cigarette burns. Felt very uncomfortable...even just for a nights sleep.

Clean hotel and not too bad to stay in. The room was clean. What is didn't like was that they charged me a $100 security fee which thry didnt disclose to me and a $13.57 fee, in which they specifically told me, was to cover "smoking in the room and parties". The room was nice and clean, but the tv remote didnt work, so they sent the maintenance man to fix the issue after 10 minutes. After I had checked out the next day, they reimbursed the $13.57 smoking & parting fee, , and now I'm currently waiting for the $100 security fee to get reimbursed. Meanwhile, my checking account is overdrawn from the $100 fee that they took out.

First, there is NO breakfast and there hasn't been for years. I stay here often when I visit relatives because it's so convenient to the airport and highways. I mean, you get what you pay for. And most visits I just need a clean space to sleep and shower. And this mostly serves the purpose - although the rooms need serious updating.

Very dated, worn out room. Even on a crisp cool evening, the room was stuffy, hot, and humid (and that was with the air conditioner going at full blast!). Room had a stale smell. However, the location can't be beat if you are going to the airport.

The room was In really bad shape, very bad smell with really old furniture and very dirty carpets, and a really old dirty bathroom and on top of it all they charged us over a hundred dollars for room deposit,

Was there for a week. Hotel is vey old, filthy, and needs many repairs (rug, showers, lighting etc). Don't recommend this place at all.

Small room, tv has one channel, pillows are too Small, bed is too hard

window lock broken and the bed was wet , leaved a note request to dry it and no reaction

There were no blankets; I plugged in my telephone overnight and it did not charge; They put $100 hold on my checking account and did not tell me-this was in addition to the $96 for the room. They had NO authorization to do this. I got a call from my the fraud department at my bank because of these charges. The room was marginal at best - especially at $96 for the night - it smelled old. I would like a partial refund. I had to get up in the night and put on a sweater to be warm enought.

Check in was very easy. The room was large and came with a small couch. It was clean with no smell of smoke. There was an Ihop next to it which made eating easy.

The only good thing that it is cheap, everything else is poor

The staff is horrible, it's hard to get staff to answer phone calls

My king suite room was nothing but a normal hotel room except it had a table. The problems started even before I got there. I had a question for the front desk staff before I arrived, so I called them. They put me on hold, where I waited for over twenty minutes. I finally just hung up because I figured it would be faster to just drive there and ask someone in person. On first glance this hotel is run-down and tired. And it only goes downhill from there. The property is next to the freeway, so the noise from the cars is loud and constant. The filthy, aging carpet in the room was all bunched up, so I ended up tripping over it several times. There were no towels in my room. I tried to call the front desk to ask for more, but the phone in the room was broken. The hotel promises WIFI, which is crucial for me, since I needed to work from my room. The WIFI was the worst I've ever had at a hotel. It frequently didn't work at all in my room, and when it did work it was too slow to use and the service kept dropping off at a rate of about 2 times per minute. (I connect to work with a VPN, so this made it so I couldn't work at all.) And, this room wasn't cheap, either. If all you need is a place to sleep by the airport and you plan to spend no time in your room AND you don't need internet access, AND you have no other choice, then stay there. But, otherwise I would skip it. I will certainly never stay in this hotel again.

2 night stay before flying Old Lack of cleaning Bad Lack of cleaning Bad Lack of cleaning Bad

Got a room that had problems but staff upgraded me no charge and was very nice .

Was an ok stay for the price. Needs to be remodeled and bathroom fixtures needs to be updated especially the shower.

The room was little dirty (there was even an empty beer bottle under the table) and some wiring was exposed in the bathroom, which was a little frightening. But it was extremely close to the airport and convenient. Great for the night before a flight, not for any longer than that.

The GM was rude, irritable and hung up on me as I attempted to make deposit payment for incidentals for my family's stay. I could not be present there with my credit card and just wanted to pay for my sister and her child whose flights were delayed. Travelodge reservations told me how to do it (fax picture ID and credit card authorization) but the GM would not hear it. Zero stars.
