First off the shuttle took about 45 minutes to pick me up from the airport at SFO. Arrived to the hotel lobby they were about seven people ahead of me with only employee to check in guests. The exterior of the hotel looks rundown. The interior of the hotel room itself is old and dirty needs repairs and serious updates. .

The front desk was extremely helpful. Have new a late checkout and stored my luggage until my flight that night. All of the employees were very respectful and helped with everything possible. The night I arrived, I was having trouble getting my luggage up the stairs and one employee came and helped. I'll stay there when I come back!!

Room was dated. Indoor carpet had tear in a few places. Wall base had holes in it and just painted over. Furniture dated. Bathroom shower just looked dinge. We just washed up in sink. Especially paying 300 a night, and they said i got it at discount!!

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed out. It is being held together by white paint and spackle. The place was clean but you get what you pay for! I saw several seedy people who look like the hotel is a regular hangout place. The young man was so rude at the front desk. He had a bunch of us sitting there exactly until 3:00 pm. He didn’t try to be accommodating. Forget the shuttle, I didn’t understand the phone instructions at all! I ended up paying for a cab to the airport, I should have stayed at a better hotel!

i really want to be honest so that next time you’ll do better. Our overnight stay at Travelodge San Francisco Airport North was terrible. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom, the carpets are stained and also the chair. but the worst experience we had is THE BED BUGS. we tried to talk with the receptionist but he just ignored the problem and asked us to call the manager, but the manager won’t even answer our call because we want a refund.

Extremely run-down property. When we arrived the check in building was gross and disorganized. The toilet in our room didn’t work. Someone came at 11pm while my family was in bed to fix the toilet. Paint peeling off walls and popcorn ceiling crumbled on the bed. There were footprints on the sheets(?!) and someone had unwrapped the soap and thrown a hand towel in the sink. Looks nothing like the photos.
