You get what you pay for. This Travelodge on So Airport consistently offer the best room prices in the area, and the rooms were habitable. Paint coming off the walls in small spots, 2 lights weren't working, but the bed was clean as was the bathroom. Parking is very difficult to find after 9:00pm. The bald, young, slim, night clerk has horrendous customer service skills - I walked up to him to ask about late checkout times. He was on his cell phone, asked me to wait a minute, walked outside, and proceeded to continue his personal phone conversation for over 5 minutes while leaving me to wait. I walked away, he saw me walk away, and didn't even acknowledge me. But again, I knew what to expect at $55 a night while the other motels and hotels were averaging $80-$100 per night.

Room had an industrial carpet dryer going. Horrible moisture/mold smell. Staff offered a refund (which I will hopefully get) since they were not advised of the room’s condition. I accepted the offer and left.

There was zero help from the fro t desk the place was run down and they made I give a deposit and avoided having todo any real work. The guy with beard was not just rude he would not let me switch to the room k booked and he made emm book online again to e Caren’s stay. The room was hot swelter mess the carpet oh my lord the macroeconomic was stained. And still wet from dog urpee and human pee on every inch of floor. That we had to put towels on the floor and turned yellow the fan omg must of had pee or dust in it the walls were stained with dust and spit and it was terrible the smell was not just putrid it was rancid and unhealthy I plan to recommend no one stay here a tent would do you more good I got sick from black mold the floor and they

Bed bugs had to chase people down for new sheets. Thought we were going to upgrade to a room with microwave and refrigerator was charged for it. They dint have these things and are willing to take my $$$ by not accommodating their false advertisement. They never answer they one and i go down and both men seemed to bothered by their phones to work. "One hit wonder" you wonder why people come once and never come back again. . Neglect in customer service Rude to women Can't make modifications to your stay and say oh well. Disappointing And they owe me$$$ and would not adjust to the correct price due to false advertisement. Went to the hotel down the street midnight due to being fed up.

It was fine for what it was - a cheaper place to sleep while traveling. The front desk clerk was talking on his personal phone on speaker the entire time he checked me in. It was late, it wasn’t a huge deal just kind of rude. The hotel felt a little unsafe, room was clean and straightforward. No frills.
