First off the shuttle took about 45 minutes to pick me up from the airport at SFO. Arrived to the hotel lobby they were about seven people ahead of me with only employee to check in guests. The exterior of the hotel looks rundown. The interior of the hotel room itself is old and dirty needs repairs and serious updates. .

Lots of car parking spaces included. Good location. Price very affordable. Clean bedding. It was fine for the price that we paid. Negatives are that the lighting in the room wasnt working when we woke up in the morning so we had to use the torch lights on our phones! Only the bathroom light worked. Carpets very old and need replacing, didnt want to walk on them without socks.

The floor in the room was definitely not clean when I arrived, which was a pretty rough start. To make matters worse, the sheets felt like they hadn't been changed from the last guest. I was really hoping to heat up some leftovers, but there wasn't a microwave in sight. And to top it all off, there was no breakfast offered, since i booked the one with breakfast, which was a bummer for a quick morning bite. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff are not fluent in English, therefore, I couldn't discuss the poor conditions of the room, TV and attitude of the reception personnel. I found it unsanitary and strange that 'street' people pushing carts were allowed to use the pool. This motel is also a long term parking lot for 18 wheel trucks and 'over-night' women of the night. The staff didn't speak English well, but they could nod their head when the right amount of dollars was presented to them. It was not clear what services were charged to the transient truckers and women but it was clear that my interest in TV reception, truck noise and ultra slow response to my issues was not a priority to the non-English speaking staff. I am hopeful that Wyndam Hotel managers reply back to my concerns. Travel Lodge givens Wyndham a black eye.
