hot water is an issue. I was told run the water for 20-30 to get hot water what i get was warm water after wasting that much water. Sink was broken and toilet dont stop water after flushing means keep filling up the tank and draining at same time , constant water running sound. Terrible
I show up at 11:30 PM to check in - the uber drops us off, it's cold and drizzling outside, and there's no one at the hotel. The door is locked. There's a sign saying, "Call this number". We call. No one answers. We wait, freezing, call again. Nothing. We ended up having to go to a neighboring hotel to stay warm, and from there, find another hotel, then call another Lyft...I call and email the hotel to ask for a refund - no response.
First room had no heat/air. Staff very nicely and quickly moved me. Second room had no hot water. Barely got a little warm after running for 15 minutes being checked while running.
It was cheep and convenient for us. Didn’t expect much bells and whistles for what we paid

The property does not offer airport shuttle (as it said it would) and the person on the front desk is very rude
The room was clean, the room setting is nice, what I did not like was the property could use an upgrade and cleaning where the stairs are, also the bed frames where very squeaky-noisy, and the carpet has some smell, but otherwise, it was good.
Tv problems, dirty shower hair on walls, lites burned out entry door stuck hard to get out staff rude maintenance did under stand English unable to do repairs never again over price for nasty place they did not have many guest I see why plus tv small with loud noise coming from it other guess were unhappy they were complaints
Rooms were a mess, no maid service on second day. Towels had to be picked up from front desk 1/8 mile from room. seedy element and environment.
I liked that there are a lot of parking spaces at night and it was really quiet. I didn’t like that the front desk lady that evening when I checked in was not friendly and she seemed upset when checking us in. Also when we went to our room, there were only 2 towels but I paid for 2 extra people and when I asked for 2 extra towels, the front desk asked me to go back to the front to get them which was a hassle.
I booked a room that did not have a microwave or refrigerator, was not a smoke free room (people literally were getting high outside our bedrooms), mold on bathroom ceilings, pillows on beds were old and dirty, ants throughout the bathroom, old vomit on vanity area floor, no seal around bedroom door, and housekeeping NEVER came to clean the room in the 2 days we were there!
