my wife and i stayed 8 consecutive nights, our room was not cleaned once, no changed sheets. the room was out dated. the carpet and curtains had stains, there was trash under the couch in our room when we arrived, and the fridge and freezer were not wiped out. i understand with the current global crisis going on that a lot of things are different now, but our stay was very disappointing! breakfast was horrible.

They have stove,dish washer,toaster,full size fridge and utensils.

Bad customer service... we were moved multiple times... room smell like marijuana and dead bugs on the coffee table.

Great location and enjoyed the free breakfast and evening social. Nice 2BR 2 BA suite great for family of 5. Would have been nice if it had a better pool and a hot tub.

The staff was rude upon check in. The woman started arguing with us since Orbitz booked our room in 2 installments. And from there she proceeded to be rude about everything. My husband Came down later and he overheard her complaining to her manager about our Orbitz booking! She really did the minimum to accommodate us. Then the room was cramped. Can barely open the dishwasher and fridge. Nothing much to cook with. Bathroom has no heater/vent when bathing. They put us in a room with noisy trains passing by. so bring white noise if you want to sleep. The pool is tiny and they don’t keep resources Stocked up. The only nice staff was a guy name Fred during breakfast ( food is the cheapest and not tasty) but this guy is nice and accommodating ( and the cleaning guy). The one gem in this junky hotel. But the woman that first checked us in ought to go get a job behind a desk and not in customer service.

It was very clean. Staff overall were friendly. Free breakfast and evening dinner service are amazing! The con to this place was how long it took them to bring a working baby crib to our room. We waited for an hour while our baby was screaming to go to bed the whole time. The first one they brought was broken and we had to threaten to leave and chase down the staff for the second one. That part was a nightmare.

The only good thing about this hotel is location, very convenient........other than that, they didn’t bother to clean our rooms, some staff didn’t even speak English. Rooms look run down, need update with new furnitures, sheets & carpets

Asked to leave a key for wife and baby because I would be at work on Thanksgiving. When they arrived they were told I needed to contact the hotel. I wasn’t available to call right away because I was at work. So the hotel made my wife and baby wait until I called. I specifically asked to leave a key and was told they would just need to give last name and room number.

Great accessible room ! Very convenient to airport and surrounding areas

Heating/cooling system very noisy. No TV in sitting area, only in bedroom. 2 guests, but only 3 pillows. A lot of early morning noise from other guest rooms.

nice location, but bath room has book worm or its alike ...
