Loved the two bedrooms
The room was excellent- a very nice suite with kitchen facilities. Breakfast was OK, not great.
They didn’t clean our room, despite multiple requests. The manager would not return our calls, despite multiple requests. The room was filthy, our trash piled up because nobody removed it, they didn’t bring us fresh linens, the fridge was broken, the one day they did clean our room, they left the door wide open and u locked and they stole an item from our room. Seemingly in retaliation for our complaints, the triggered a fire alarm at 1:00am that was only in our room. I took pictures of everything. Despite all of these problems and multiple requests to speak to a manager, nothing changed and nobody ever called us. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my entire life.
Nice they had breakfast included. Charged for parking despite being in a non populated area and place is a little run down.

We did not get the room we booked for, although we got a discount for it. Then the staff is not too friendly. We asked about ice and they are insisting the fridge in the room has an ice maker (also their map and welcome packet said so), but our room does not have it. She asked us to come in the lobby to get some, the other personnel said our room MUST HAVE IT, and also that they are running out of ice, but their staff had to know that that room does not have it! I don’t know why they kept on insisting or why they don’t know that if does not have it which is weird. Anyway, sorry for making a big deal about the ice maker, but another disappointing issue is that we came back to our room and it is UNCLEAN, unreplenished, our trash are full from the morning before. We did not put the DO NOT CLEAN sign out so we expect it will be clean when we get back, and the cleaning lady was already on the room beside us before we left. We had been booking in this place multiple times from years back, but it has been getting worse and I feel like I don’t want to go back here anymore, because the service is getting poorer and poorer I’m sorry to say.

I love the hotel and all facilities, however I did not like to see some people smoke marihuana in the parking lot
Despite my conversation with your staff to change my check in, it had nit happened and ny room reservation was cancelled. Imagine I had to drive aroubd with the baby to find another hotel and ended up paying teoce per night at another hotel. This was the worst reservation expereice I have ever had. I m going to pist my terrible expereice with Orbitz on reviews and socail media

We actually did not have a stay at this location! After 8 hrs at the regional volleyball tournament my daughter was competing in, we went to check in only to be told they had given our room away. We were promised to be compensated for the new accommodations, but that has not happened either. Very disappointing. Will never book at this location or recommend to anyone.

Stayed 2 nights Location is good near many things so that was a plus Hotel was clean and so were our rooms grab and go breakfast was also very good just like the breakfast buffet before except someone serves you this time downside for me was the paying for parking 10 dollars a vehicle and the 500.00 hold on a card for incidentals before was not that much so not sure why the change overall it was a good stay
