No free parking ..and parking charge per day is very high for this remote location..extremely dissatisfied. Also No free internet and charge is very high. They allowed for late checkout which is good part.

Nothing extraordinary for the price. Also they charge $32 diary per room for the use of their facilities.

The food was good and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Parking & resort fees are overpriced...it doesn’t feel like a “resort” where those fees might be warranted.

Property was under remodeling which left messes and noise early in the morning and throughout the day. They were working on the unit next door to ours which was unacceptable. We did have a brand new room which was absolutely beautiful and the resort was the same.

Was okay Mission bay is more of a lake many things to do

Friendly staff, good room-service food, LOUSY accommodations! A/C was not working until a technician re[paired it, took 2 times for maintenance staff to repair the room safe, elevator was not operating twice and overall cleanliness of common areas was poor. Need I say more?

Was disappointed in the extra charges that were not included in the original price, especially the extra exorbitant $40 parking fee that did not even provide a parking space associated with the room.

Staff won't wait on you hand and foot, especially if your African American. Example I layed at the pool two hours never was asked if I like something. The other families were waited on over, over perhaps because they had small children, Not sure. For the dining area, never asked if I'd like desert, and had to ask for water. After I ate they immediately brought me my bill. And I tipped them well. The only plus was the room cleaning server, she was pleasant, friendly and well trained. Perhaps because she was non-white.

Nice hotel closed to the beach. Good service and everyone was very nice.

Only stayed for one night. Anthony at the front desk was awesome in helping to accommodate my friend and I who were in a bind with a boat trailer. Would definitely stay here again. Great layout, helpful staff, and good pools.

Hotel had a great location next to the beach and parks with playgrounds for the kids. There is also a public jet ski/paddle board/watersports rental place just on the other side of the pool. The restaurant was also pretty good. The only negative was that there is a resort fee and a pretty steep parking fee at this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your recent stay. We do our best to disclose our parking fee and resort charge on our website and in our pre-arrival email transactions with our guests, but, given your experience, it seems we need to revisit them to make sure everything is clearly stated. Our resort fee is what makes it possible for our us to have numerous free games, activities, events, and other various amenities for our guests to enjoy during their stay. Our goal is to create an experience that has everything our guests could want right here at our resort.
