Check in was incredibly slow. The poor guy was trying but must’ve very new and was all by himself. He could have used some help. The room is spacious and looks like it was missing furniture. Big empty space. It’s an older facility. It is gated and you have to have a code to leave which made it secure but I wondered if I was in a bad part of the city.

Staff support was highly lacking! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience that put me in harms way due to the staffs negligence. I wasn’t going to nitpick at the poorly constructed, broken road exiting the building. The staff threw away my brother’s personal belongings that were in a large white bag into an even bigger black garbage bag with other trash bags. I didn’t notice his bag missing until 1AM and didn’t have any support from the staff. I had to go to the dumpster by myself in the dark since the lights didn’t light up the entire parking lot at night. I had to find a piece of wood to ravage through a large dumpster full of several black bags. I thank God in the name of Jesus there weren’t any raccoons or other critters that could’ve harmed me. The first bag I pulled out was food. The second was luckily the bag from my room and I was able to retrieve my brothers belongings. The staff didn’t care at all. I am disgusted and severely disappointed by this hotels staff.

I arrived at 1 or 2 in the morning and they made me go find an ATM so that I could give them a $250.00 deposit. Something I have never had to do anywhere. I was left very unsettled. The next morning the ceiling in my shower was leaking through the light fixture and they tried to put me in a crappy room with a door that had the locked ripped out by a crow bar. It was the worsr experience I have ever had.
