Room and accommodations were excellent. The first night there, our vehicle and nine others were burglarized. The thieves also hit the vehicles at the body shop behind the property. Hotel did call the police but the peeps were gone before the officers arrived. After reading the reviews (which admittedly I should have done before booking) the same thing occurred in October.

It was horrible peoples cars were getting broke into at night, and when I brought it up to front desk they just asked me do I own a truck cause that what they target. So they knew about the break in’s and wouldn’t do anything about it.

The younger man who checked me in was very friendly, informative, and kind, and after I got to my room, quickly resolved an issue I had. I arrived just before 10pm, and when arriving to my room, a King Suite with Jetted Tub, I was oddly locked out of my bathroom, but when I called (only 1 of 2 phones were working) the front desk agent quickly came to unlock it. I had room 334, which was a rear corner room on top floor (which I requested top floor), and it was very quiet! The room itself was spacious, with 2 TV's, comfortable bed, was clean, and I enjoyed using the jetted tub for hours over my 2 night stay! The same man who checked me in let me check out at noon which was appreciated too! There was a disgruntled guest at the front desk when I was leaving, who was shouting at him, and he remained calm and professional and tried to address her concern, although she seemed quite irrational! The water pressure in the shower was amazingly good and I was mostly pleased with my room. Plenty of soaps and towels. There were a couple of issues, including both curtains having large holes in them and some squeaks from bed, but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! The breakfast was somewhat lackluster though, the lobby coffee machine was horrible, I didn't like the eggs, sausage a bit overdone, although the Texas shaped waffle was cool! No flavored batter here though. Breakfast was until 10am on weekends which was great so I could sleep in! Not far from Sea World!
