Arrived around 7:30 PM and was greeted immediately by a very nice young lady at the front desk. She had our reservation and completed our credit card payment. She directed us toward our room and advised about the hours at the restaurant and the lounge. Very nice and very informative.
Online when booking it said to contact them about setting up the airport shuttle. When getting there they told me at the front desk that I could not park there or use the shuttle, because I booked through a "third party site" even though they stated to contact them about it. Their advice was to park ...
This hotel is right across from the airport, & it is a very good deal. Breakfast was great in the morning. Only big problem I had was that my television would not pick up the channels or came in very fuzzy.
Took my son and cousins for an indoor pool day/night for fun and the hotel, rooms, and pool room is very clean and comforting. The staff were very nice and accommodating - she even asked me a preference of room level, which was close to the pool. I would definitely refer to friends/family.

Enjoyed my stay however after I checked in some painting was being done in the room as we arrived.
The Kensington looks freshly renovated (~1 year). It is clean, and everything was in working order. Staff was friendly, helpful. Good mid-level hotel for business travel; good price.
Some of elevators did not work the first night I was there. Other than that, this hotel was terrific and very close to the Court where I had to do business.
I was in room 103. The room was nice but the tub was nasty. It was cracking on the side. Afraid to use. Kandi Lynn Feigel
