Oh it was just awful! There is a train that sound around 11 p.m. , 1.pm., 3 p.m. 4p.m. and 6 p.m. My husband did not wake but i was up all night! I was so dissappointed. I had saved and looked forward to this trip to see my kids at Cal Baptist University in Riverside Family Weekend for two months! This is absolutely not right and should be disclosed there are TRAINS :(((( . THEN TO MAKE it absolutely worse. They changed our room to the other side of the building and gues what at 6 a.m. Sunday mornign a HUGE LOUD Marathon race began at the base of our window. yes we were on the 12 story but megaphones and loudspeakers reverberate as well as lond rap music. I actually cried tears of sadness because even though i put my swim earplugs in , there was really no way to block it. So I spent $450 dollars on the saddest experience at the Marriot. Oh yeah and so Friday night there was Marijuana smoke in the elevator that was pretty bad too. I am a tutor at a Liberty Elementary school and kids have come to school who live the apartments stoned from second hand week smoke. It just couldn't have been more sad. We have stayed with Marriot so many times over the years and you always have been so great and trustworthy. I hope you will address these terrible issues.
It was very clean and even though it is under construction, the staff was great!
We have used this hotel for business travel for our employees and have been very happy. Hotel is clean and staff is accommodating.
We were able to check in early, which was great! The only issue we had was two children (parents were there) running around and jumping in the pool. Perhaps hotel staff could monitor situations like that.
I stayed at Room 819. The air condition was so loud that I was woken several times. Well, actually the whole story is that it was very loud so I got up and turned it off. But it was 104F at the day time, so the room was getting hot later. My wife woke me up and asked me to turn the air condition back on. but then I couldn't sleep because it was too loud. I waited for some time and made sure my wife was asleep, then I sneakily turned it off so I could get some sleep. And of course, my wife woke me up again later and the story went on several times....
Hotel was very clean and the location was great! Will return...
Really nice hotel and walking distance to Fox Performing Arts center! Would stay here again.
Front desk staff was rude. They female desk service was rude.
I was upgraded for free because they were full, and loved it.....even without getting that room, the hotel was really nice, and the staff was really helpful. I would stay there again.
I found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. I was not disappointed but they won't let me change my nickname.
Nice decor, apparent renovation to the downtown mainstay hotel. People were extremely nice and helpful.
The two double beds were very small . We reserved room online and thought our room came with a spa bath tub . It turns out , those rooms were $50.00 more a night . We also thought our room came with continental breakfast , it didn't . Again , I think that was for the more expensive rooms . Also online we weren't told we'd have to pay for parking . All in all we could have gotten the same kind of room elsewhere with bigger beds and free continental breakfast .
This hotel is excellent with very friendly staff. The lobby bar was friendly with great hours and good food. There are several excellent restaurants with walking distance.
Nice clean hotel in fantastic location. Close to downtown and shopping. Can easily walk to mission inn.
I stay at this facility 4-5 times per year and each visit has been more very satisfactory. The staff are courteous and helpful. The location is perfect for many excellent restaurants and shopping.
people were nice, parking was inconvenient and cost extra. Internet was also extra. No breakfast like most hotels have.
All aspects of our stay were good, including the restaurant...no complaints.
This hotel is in a great location for short walking access to shops and restaurants of all kinds. It has quick freeway access in all directions.
