The bathtub facet dripped all the time. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was loose and kept tripping. The bathtub had mold around it.

Disappointing
The bed had earwig bugs and the mattress cover was urine stained, told the front desk which notified house keeping. The Patio restaurant for breakfast ignored us and didn't offer a table to us or at least say I will be right with you, and it was not busy in the least. I guess we were invisible, the hot tub was warm at best. The Chapel is locked always and if you ask staff about tours they are uninformed of process to take a tour.For what we paid ot was rather disappointing.

I was rained on WHILE WALKING INSIDE THEIR HALLWAY, no it was not raining outside. My room smelled like mildew. Our dinner experience at Bella’s was also very disappointing. After returning to our room from our night out it still smelled so we decided to checkout. Justin, a night supervisor was nice but couldn’t do anything about the situation. I emailed the video of the “rain” in the middle of the hallway and was told I would receive a call the next morning. I haven’t heard from anyone and have left 2 voicemails. This is a new level of unprofessionalism. I’m sure the “rain” that fell on me that night was from a broken pipe or some backed up sewer issue. It was disgusting and the fact that management has no urgency in rectifying this mistake, is extremely disappointing for the Mission Inn
