Have stayed here on two separate occasions in 2017 and the hotel is remains a good choice. The beds are super comfy, the rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious and the lobby is inviting. Nice room staff don't speak English or very little other than that good deal and excellent room for price
I stay at the hotel often. Always a good stay. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable
Had a great room on the 23rd floor with 180 degree views of South San Francisco, Union Square and Coit Tower and the Bay to the Left. Room was very spacious especially for S.F with comfortable bed, Nice towels and amenities with coffee maker and nice glass cups to use. Only negative was the bed spread seemed which was white seemed a touch on the dirty, not filthy just starting to look a little on the dull side like it needed its semi-annual cleaning. Hotel was in beautiful shape with clean floors, clean public restrooms, nice pictures telling the story of the hotel on the walls, and there was water available in the lobby that was flavored with oranges, lemons, or other fresh fruit in season. Staff was friendly, helpful and very informative about activities in and around the S.F area. Will stay here again !!
Staff were courteous, room was clean. bed was comfortable. nice bonus was Jacuzzi.
