The staff was very courteous and friendly. I'm a former hotel owner so I'm critical. The property could use some upgrading. The furniture is pretty sad and decor is bland and plain. We thought there would be a sofa in our king room but there was only one chair. Not adequate for couples. Bed was very hard.

Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Hotel was kept up in good condition. The motel is next to a commuter rail line, but the trains were electrified and made very little noise. Overall a great value.

No complaints except the bottoms of all the room doors including interior bathroom doors are scuffed and dirty. People must be holding them open with their foot. The marks and stains should be able to be removed with 409 or equivalent. It is amazingly prevalent through out the entire building
