Was close to good restaurants.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Shower knob was quite difficult to operate and other fixtures need updating.

I've been staying here for many years when I visit relatives in San Carlos. They have renovated the hotel and made many excellent changes. The room was very clean and updated. There is a breakfast room now. The only problem was figuring out how to get warm water - pull the faucet out then turn the water to warmer.

Had a last minute training in San Carlos and stayed here one night. Was really disappointed with the property. No shampoo or Kleenex in the room. For $156 a night some amenities are expected. Went to the front desk to ask but they were closed. I literally had to wash my hair with hand soap. Will not be starting here in the future.

I stayed 4 days, and it really was comfy. A decent Mexican food spot next door, and a Trader Joes right next to it. The guy checking me in was super friendly, but told me my room wasn't ready when I came to check in. It was close to 4pm. "Only 10 minutes", which hey, no biggie. 20 min later, I finally just went to the room. They were still cleaning it. These things happen, but at least go let the staff know that someone is waiting on the room. If that's too much, assign another room. Don't let your guest sit in their car for 45 minutes waiting.

It was very relaxing they have a jetted bath tub it was so comfortable

This place has been helpful and consistent every time I make a trip to the area. They are definitely my preference. Rooms are clean. Amenities are typical. Staff/ownership are helpful.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, made everything still stink after we left.

We were there for only one night and it served the purpose. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Negatives: very limited parking, we left and came back and had to park in the back where there was an alley. Breakfast was very limited and not fresh, we did not eat.

Train & traffic noise even with double windows. Parking can be a challenge, not enough spaces & very tight. Good for very short stay.

The hotel is ok but lots of noise from street. Breakfast is nothing more than coffee and cereal w some yogurt. Good wifi and decent amount of channels on tv. Place is ok if you get a good rate. I paid $48/night with a promo code. Wouldn't pay their book rate for what the place is.

Good: Clean room, good mini-fridge and microwave and TV. OK breakfast for the price. Meh: Thin bath towels, you can almost see through them. Bad: Front desk closes at 9pm! If you have an issue to address after 9pm, forget it. They won't answer the phone. IT ISN'T A REAL HOTEL UNLESS SOMEONE IS MANNING THE DESK 24/7. Things happen at night that need to be addressed when they happen. Like late luggage delivery. Or cancellations and rescheduling.

Overall a decent hotel. Right next to El Camino Real so potential to be noisy but I noticed they double windowed the street facing windows, with shades between the windows and curtains inside as well...good idea. Room was OK, clean, bright bath area which I like, free wireless, limited parking, good value.

In our hotel all the rooms has bathrooms , in the bathrooms down of the shower we had a shower gel .shampoo. conditioner dispenser. And in the nighttime the main doors are closed and but office night window is open 24 hours . we also had a sign saying the night window is open and please ring the bell . All the rooms also has the facial tissue but not the Kleenex brand . we had it from different company . And the facial tissues are placed right next to sink area..Thank You for staying with us .
