Overall it was a nice relaxing stay Property is decent and very clean. Spa can be updated, room to humid, sheets can be updated, spa room can updated with a relaxing aroma and oit of natural light.

Our 8-day stay was very enjoyable, other than the bed in our room was extremely soft. The food and staff were excellent, and you must try the Dominican and Italian restaurants. They were the best ones there! The resort is very family friendly, and excellent for all ages. There was a wide range of available excursions for all. This was a very nice resort that I would definitely recommend.

Hotel maravilloso, mi visita ha sido de 4 días en familia. he visitado muchos muchos hoteles de diversas zonas del país y debo decir que este hotel cuenta con el mejor equipo de chef la comida tiene un buen sabor siempre en su punto la única observación que hago es la variedad de comida en el buffette es muy poca deben poner más platos. Restaurantes temáticos excelentes. Me encanta ver como el hotel cuida el ecosistema muchas aves caminando con libertad. Las habitaciones familiares son muy comodas. Se nos presentó un problema en nuestra habitación y llamamos informamos y de una vez nos enviaron un maletero y nos cambiaron la habitación. El personal es muy amable en especial el señor del bar de la piscina Braulio donde está el parque de niños. Piscinas que no dan deseos de salirse. Me gusta que de noche el hotel tiene muchos puntos sociales para hablar y tomar. En general el hotel es 9.5 de 10 el 0.5 faltante para llegar a 10 se debe a la poca variedad del bufete que deben mejorar. Y si regresaría? Claro que SI

Don't waste your time or money this hotel is one of the worst hotels in the DR. We just got back and wow I do have to say we won't be back. The only good thing at this hotel is the beach and the property. The food was gross we had to go out of the resort to eat because you were only getting 2 reservation for 6 nights. And the staff not friendly unless you pay. I'm telling you guys this don't waste you money please.

Excellent! Not our first stay and won’t be our last! We had a great time! The staff is amazing! To name a few, Dania and Ivan at the buffet, excellent service! Francisca and De la Paz at the snack bar, amazing! Wally at the pool bar, great with kids, amazing service too! The gentlemen that cleans the pool, they work hard at keeping things clean! Animation team, best team ever! Special shout out to Pablo! He is great with our kids and made sure everyone had a blast during our vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was great. The food was actually good. I'm pescatarian and there were lots of options. I eat mostly vegetarian and was not concerned with the buffet. Lots of good options. It's not like FANCY but it's good. The a la carte restaurants weren't as great for vegetarians, however. The family suite was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but I wish the main door was in the primary bedroom, vs the kids room. One night, housekeeping dropped off something (let themselves in) while my kid was sleeping and we had our bedroom door closed. We heard a noise so luckily went and checked, and it was fine, but SUPER odd. That was the only weird thing. The beds were fine for a couple nights, but were a bit softer than I prefer. The size of the resort is nice, you can walk everywhere, or take the tram. The tram was more of a novelty for us, if we needed a break with the kiddo. The beach was great. The pools were great. The breakfast at the beach (at 8am) was so great. My son's favourite was "coconut guy" who is a groundskeeper who chops down coconuts and gives them out at the resort. At the end of the week my son hugged him, he loved him so much. It was adorable. We had a great time.

We had the most EXCELLENT time. I was a little concerned after reading some poor reviews, but I had nothing to be concerned about. Everything was exceptionally clean (room, grounds, pools, restaurants, etc.). We were so impressed by the service and thoughtfulness of the staff. The food was delicious and varied. The restaurants were top notch. Our favorite was the hibachi. We loved Majestic Elegance when we visited previously, but Tropical Deluxe Princess rivals it. We will definitely stay here again. It had less of a party crowd - lots of older couples & families. It was also so quiet at night and many activities were offered during the day. Excellante!

It was our first time at a resort in Punta Cana. It’s a beautiful country. We were looking for more individual activities like riding jet skis, but it was a great place to relax. The iguanas and birds on the walkway were a nice touch.

House keepers were very friendly and kept our room very clean. Food had a lot of options during the buffet and the all inclusive drinks were always good. The bartenders in the lobby and beach house were a good time.
