Beautiful ocean front property with swim up pools. Live entertainment and great service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I spent 5 days there. I have been to hundreds of All inclusive Resorts. This is the worst one by far. I thought by spending a lot of money to go there i was going to have a great time but that was not the case. I hope this helps you from not making a bad decision like how i did. The food was horrible. It does not taste good. The cooks can not cook. The buffet was limited. They did not put any seasonings on the food. it Was not edible ..i got sick. They DO NOT HAVE any ginger ale. All the sodas are watered down. Please bring your own hot sauce. They only have tobasco hit sauce. They did not even have the option of Dominican Republic hot sauce and i was their country. Alcohol are watered down. They make your drinks with cheap liquor on purpose then have the audacity to show you that they have better Alcohol BUT want you to pay TOP $$$$ dollars after you already spent money. They were trying to charge me $100 for a small bottle of vodka, rum Hennessy, Bourbon whiskey. Then they charge you for wine. Also they served cheap beer.Bring your own straws. They do not give you any straws. You are not allowed to bring a hookah to smoke on the beach. They let sign a form before you get your room. I dont smoke hookah but can you imagine you can not smoke a hookah on the beach? They have so many restrictions. No speakers of any kind.. They make you sign a form stating that you will not use your speakers of any kind not even on the beach.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff at the club beach bar was great. Food was good or average-typical of an all inclusive. Wait staff was horrible in all the restaurants.

Swim out rooms were amazing, really cool. Pools were clean and nice. Rooms were great. Service made me feel like everytime I asked for something that I was a burden. Tipping didn’t help, unless you tipped every single time. And COVID made it so you couldn’t serve yourself anything. Check in process was slow and very unwelcoming. I tried to get myself a beverage at checkin and was yelled at bc it was not self serve. But then no one served us.

The front desk staff was always very professional and attentive to our needs. The room was clean (booked a King sized bed, got 2 queens instead) and adequate, we had a nice view of the center courtyard, which was nice. The restaurants, while ok, are typical cookie-cutter resort- decent, but nothing special- and the specialty restaurants alternate, which was annoying because we weren't available for some nights, closed others. The most frustrating part is getting your Covid test scheduled and done. The non-hotel staff that administer the test is not helpful and fail to guide you at each step.

I liked that the resort was very beautiful. The people were friendly, however I was very disappointed that the clubhouse was closed. I brought to small children that was looking forward to the clubhouse. Also I was a diamond plus member, yet I wasn't informed on all the perks that I had. The beach was amazing, the food not so much. Overall my kids had a blast.

It is a very nice hotel. We had an issue with our room 1294 that flooded due to hard rain, I asked that the room would be cleaned to avoid accidents with my children and that request was ignored, I think because it was a flooding should have a better process to insure all rooms get dried to avoid slips and falls.

Hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly. Kids only complained that the pools were not heated and a bit cold. Hotel seems to be understaffed, but everyone was very polite and helpful. We did have a minor problem with our butler as it seemed he wasn’t pleased to be working there. We asked for a restaurant reservation 2 days in advance for my birthday since we were told reservations needed to be done on the day of reservation. On the day we needed it for, we kept asking him to see if he was able to get it and only answered at the end of the day saying the restaurant was fully booked. After talking to a nice lady at the desk, she was able to get us in. There is entertainment every night, so that was a nice touch (music shows, magic, dance, etc). One thing that could get better is that the buffet restaurant and beach bar are so unorganized. There is no line at the beach bar and the staff are running from one side to another with no direction. The buffet restaurant is also a mess - there is no clear direction on the lines as they are all mixed. Hunter steakhouse and Zen restaurants were amazing.

Hi, among others problems the pool with plastic glasses on the bottom. Much people doesn't observ the behavior rules for this installation. In the night during the show some young people making a lot of noise at very high volume.

Check-in was a bit disorganized. I had paid extra to select the room of my choice, my room was changed without them notifying me. I was made aware of the change during the room key activation.

I loved everything,the beach, the pool and the food

It was a beautiful resort with sand and sun and nice accommodations. However, the fitness room was small and dingy and always crowded so I gave up. The exercise classes were for beginners, and there were several incidents that made me worried about the safety of my 18 year old daughter. We were forced to eat at the buffet every day for 3 meals a day because the restaurants were always booked for dinner, thought they told me they didn't take reservations. You were treated differently based on which of the 3 resorts you stayed at and it was a bit embarrassing to separate people based on whether they paid for upgrades or not. There was little to do there but eat and drink to excess so it was not my kind of vacation. Considering I don't eat or drink a lot, it was difficult to justify the expense.

Disappointed in the food. Service was generally okay.
