The room and the property were very nice and the food was above average. Some of the front desk staff were not helpful at all, they couldn’t answer basic questions. The guy running the wine tasting was rude and basically ignored our table. Oscar at beach yoga was delightful and myself and two family members had outstanding massages at the spa. Mercedes was absolutely fantastic.

Rooms were ok. Being vegeterian, we didn't have too many options. Overall food was ok. Activities are good. Staff was ok, had too many difficulties communicating with them as most of them don't understand English.Ok

Good facilities and activities for kids like, swimming pool, rock climbing etc, close to beach, but needs huge improvement in food for vegetarians. Choices are terrible, however as soon as we complained they to try to help us, otherwise we would had pizza and salad for 6 days. Sink was clogging, lamb were broken, but not that biggie. We had fun staying there.

Excelent services, nice people, great food ,the piece is so eco

Staff, pool, beach were great. Night diner restaurants were great. Lunch and breakfast is all the same. Room needs to be updated, there were some cockroaches in the room. Even the room was cleaned very nicely by the housekeeping.

Even suffering from hurricane damage that still remained in early November, I was very pleased with the overall accommodations, food, and friendliness of staff. Would highly recommend to family and friends is not something I give lightly. Rating 1-5 (Aqua 5, Mole 4.5, The Grill 4, Buffet 4, Hibachi 3, Fuego 2)

The resort is not what I expected, Sorry to write this but I was in another resort and I feel more comfortable than this one.

Hotel is very big with many restaurants to choose from. I visited this resort with my big family, the staff was very friendly always accommodating they kept our rooms neat and clean. My sister was able to leave her kid in a kid zone that the resort provides when we all went to the spa. The kid zone has professional staff and kids amenities these things kept my niece very entertained and happy, she wanted to come back the next day. The food in all the restaurants are very good. My only criticism is the hotel’s location, this is a little far from town, you need to take a bus that the hotel provides to take you to the market and this is only for 2 hours. Another thing is that the hotel needs a little TLC by the buffet area. We saw water damage on the roof and rusted metal walls. I’m a commercial real estate inspector and I’m always watching out for these things. overall everything was great!

The Paradisus was beautiful! It reminded me of Hawaii! Our room was right near the beach. Other rooms are far from the beach, so I am pleased that we upgraded our room. There is a lot of walking, though, so be prepared for excercise. Food was good, and I liked that you could choose 3-4 restaurants for dinner because the buffet gets old after a few days. There was plenty of nightlife and shows to enjoy. We would definitely recommend the Paradisus Punta Cana!

We came to Paradisus Punta Cana to celebrate a friends wedding. The facilities and staff were wonderful and the wedding was beautiful. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was excellent and I'd see no reason to upgrade. The grounds and facilities are in immaculate condition and the staff was second to none and some of the friendliest people I've met. The dining was great and and the food choices were amazing. This place is world class and there is no need to pay attention to fear mongers. We brushed our teeth with the water, used the ice cubes, ate salads and fruits and had absolutely no health issues. This is definitely not a third world experience. Go enjoy the facilities, grounds and wonderful beaches, eat and drink like a king, and kick back and relax. It's a great vacation!!

Royal service worth the money , rooms were close to the beach and pool. Rooms for two days of the stay were not cleaned until very late in the day. Quite a number of servers and help did not understand English to well so it was difficult at times to order dinner or get drinks

Bad service by the bar workers, not many activities, it is very boring the hotel. They have excellent food and attention within the restaurants. In front of the Argentinean restaurant there is a bar where his service is very bad by two men who serve him. If you do not give money do not wanna pay attention and forget that quite expensive is paid for a customer feel dingy and as if it were bothering.

Rude staff, no food, drink service on beach, food sucks at the buffets, saw roaches in buffets, staff not friendly and attentive.

The hotel is beatif. Lots of foliage and natural beauty (being your mosquito spray). Our legs are covered in bites. The hotel is spread out over a large campus so expect to walk a lot or wait for trams (our experience was that if we waited we could be waiting upwards of 20 mins and we'd get eaten alive. So we walked a lot. If you have little ones make sure your room is close to the pool. Our check in experience was a nightmare. Our room wasn't ready, took over 6 hours. Given no water or drinks like paradisus in Mexico. You will not feel overly welcomed. I had to ask for cool wash clothes when I saw others were getting them. We expected this hotel to be equal to their resort in Mexico which is an A+. This is a C at best. The only friendly staff we encountered was the pool bar (Leandre made our trip). If you don't speak Spanish you will struggle. The English is quite poor. In Mexico we never had this problem (luckily we are fluent in Spanish). The service at the buffets is poor. You will wait a long time to be noticed and drinks may never come. The food is edible but not good. The reservation restaurants will only be available 1-3 nights or your trip depending k the length of booking. The restaurants were okay but not great. Think Outback Steakhouse not Ruth's Chris or morton's. Mexican was like most American chains. Teppan was subpar to Sakura. If your child has food allergies be prepared to ask a lot of questions (preferably in Spanish) because nothing is labeled.

Avoid at all cost, you have to make reservation for restaurants, and once they give you a place to eat it's. It even a time you like. For ex: dinner at 9pm. I noticed a lot of people were frustrated and upset!!! It's all-inclusive however you can try all the restaurant. If you're lucky you will get only 3 for a 7 night stay. The staff were not nice and seem always in a hurry. If you request something be prepared to wait several hours. The property is so big you need a tram to go from point A-B. The buffet is quite small and it's the same food everyday! Yuk..the bar can't even make a simple smoothie or lemonade. The resort credit is a scam! They give you a booklet coupon for the services they provide. For example to play in the casino they give you a $100 credit, but the catch is you have to front another $100 on top of a$100 or else you can't play. Also, once you check in a pair you with a rep who represents the timeshare, you think they want to help you because they're are extremely nice, the guy was like I'll hook you up with a room and I'll get you this and that and it never happen. Once we told him we didn't want any timeshare he seem to disappear and not even greet us. Be careful once you go to this resort!! I saw a big rat running across the restaurant, so now I know why they have so many cats on the property running all over the place.s

Nice hotel but, needs a mini lobby at the main hotel. We had consistent issues with the room keys not working and had to ride the train to the main lobby each time. Check in gets extremely hot due to being outside and waiting in line. Great beach!!

The room was conveniently located by the beach and restaurants. We took a short walk to get around, if we didn't feel like walking there were plenty of trolleys to get us around also. We had a fabulous family vacation.

The entertainment could've been a lot better! Although the stay there was amazing......be back soon:)

The hotel is poorly managed but the beach is gorgeous. We came for the beach not the restaurants and hotel amenities. Although the food was great because we were staying at the Royal service private beach and we were eating at the Royal service restaurant Calle La Palapa. Royal service is the way to stay at Paradisus Punta Cana

This was my first all inclusive type vacation and it was overall a great time. Free drinks at any of the resort bars and there was even a beach bar. The ocean water was so clear and blue and the perfect temperature for cooling off. The pool was warm but with a lot of shaded areas to hang out in all day and swim up to the bar. The staff always tried to go above and beyond and I highly recommend bringing at least $100 in 1's for tipping because it's hard to get change once you are there. The food tasted OK but I never felt good no matter what I ate. We only ate at the buffet however, because we didnt understand the whole "reservation" ordeal for the other restaurants--so I can't speak for those. I know they had Mexican, Italian, seafood etc. the buffet was the same everyday but nothing had labels and sometimes it was hard to guess what it was we were eating! The room was beautiful as well as the bathroom with a nice balcony for relaxing at night with the beers included in the mini fridge or coffee in the morning. The only thing wrong with the trip was overall lack of communication about how to set certain things up Also the hair dryer in the room only worked on "low" and short circuited if tried on "high". The shower sometimes didn't get hot either. Don't book a shuttle with coming2u as they refused to give us a return ride because we were "10 minutes late" although the only time they gave us was "3 hours before flight" and we were 3.5 hrs early.
