My stay with my family was pretty safe. The fruits at room service were not fresh, room service took about 1hr every time. On the last day of our stay the food never arrived and we had to check out eating a rushed breakfast. There needs to be more quality control because sending two sets of inedible fruits is unacceptable.There needs to be more work on the food selection, some tourist come for the cultural heritage of the island, imagine the shock of eating food catered to tourists. All the restaurant food barely had any flavor and the menu is the same everyday. The room service menu needs to be revamped because there are multiple restaurants on site and there should be more selection. The coffee needs to be better it was horrible in the room and in the coffee shops, there needs to be more retraining on how to properly make certain drinks and if you cannot make it do not offer it. All the drinks were watered down including the coffee and the Presidente Beer. Overall I wouldn’t go back and I would explore more all inclusive options.

The staff specially in the buffet area the girl in the front with a different uniform of the rest of the staff was very rude to one of the employees in that area They speak in Spanish like if customers don’t understand Spanish and some of us Speak both languages You need to do better on communication with your employees

Fue muy buena la estadía, el personal maravilloso, resaltando a Martín el mayordomo y Dolores en las áreas de la piscina que fueron demasiado amable, gentil y serviciales. Lo recomiendo.

Everybody welcomes you with warm open arms! SO SO HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL EVERY STAFF. Cutest kids activities and fun resort activities. Will be coming back.

Property was beautiful, modern and clean. The food was good at first but made all of us sick. After two days we spent more time in the bathroom than enjoying the resort. It wasn’t a please t experience and we have no intention of going back.
