Room was stinky. The mattress for the extra bed had springs sticking out.

The food was TERRIBLE! We stuck to the buffet most of the time, after having bad encounters with the food at the Mexican and Italian Restaurant. The beach is COVERED in seaweed. They told us it was because it was the season. I was here two years ago, stayed at a different resort and it was clear of seaweed. The reviews from month prior state the same issues with seaweed. They allow the Beach locals who are trying to sell you things, to walk on the property and enter the PRIVATE members only area and try to sell to you! We were very turned off by this, as we paid the extra money for a more secluded area. Housekeeping didn’t show up one day, even after we called. The weather was fantastic and our company was great (friends) but we will not be back!

I love this resort. We visited for a wedding and had a wonderful vacation. The staff members were very friendly and helpful on a regular. The pools, club, game room, karoke/bar, beach and nightly entertainment had our group going with happiness. The food was ok but a bit more flavor needs to be added to the buffet resturants. Also needs to cater more seafood varities like fish and shrimp at the buffet restaurants. I loved the Japanese resturant especially, the staff treated us with gratitude as we celebrated a few birthdays. The food was delicious there. Everyone was pleased.

We were well taken care of and the hotel staff was very friendly. We had a great trip.

Nice low key resort. one thing to watch out for when your booking is that the deluxe garden view is actually a smaller resort within the compound called the NOW Garden. Its a separate location from the NOW Larimar. It takes about a 5-7 minute walk to get to the NOW Larimar entrance and about a 25 minute walk to the beach. Upset when we first checked it, to upgrade to NOW Larimar closer to beach and restaurants its an extra $50 a night. Food was okay Beach was nice, lots of seaweed though Entertainment was below average

I love it here so much I came back 5 years later and it was just as wonderful.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 10 year anniversary at this resort. Our room was a preferred king suite oceanview and it was amazing. The food and hotel staff were very good. A few things that were dissapointing: at least 65% of people smoke, the peddlers that constantly try to get you to buy something, seaweed in the water. One thing we did not know was that of the 4 main restaurants they have 2 open 2 closed from Sunday through Thursday. We would return to this resort again and or not hesitate to try another NOW property in the future based on our expierience.

This is our 2nd times staying at a NOW Resort, and OMG was this experience even better than before. Our personal concierge Jeicob was phenomenal. My wife and i didnt need to do anything but relax the entire trip. Our Preffered bartenders Juan D and Eduanny were AWESOME. The entire staff was great. They made our 1st visit to Punta Cana extra memorable.

Everyone was very friendly and more than willing to help with anything. The only issue we found was that not everyone was fluent in english and would sometimes just smile and say yes when they weren't sure what you were asking. However they are a spanish speaking country so that's on us lol. We met lots of really nice people from all over and everyone was always happy. Just want to give some kudos to Enrique at the pool bar, who was always on top of everything. Roberto and Wilkin who were supervisor's in the restaurants, they are amazing at what they do. Every day we came in they made sure to come over and check on us even when we were in a different restaurant than the one they were working. Truly some very nice and professional people.

Good hotel near the beach. Property need maintenance but we enjoy our vacation
