The worst hotel experience ever! The staff is rude! The overall organisation is bad. The waitstaff is especially rude! Will never go back to this hotel. And they have ants in the rooms.

They kept running out of food, coffee, towels, etc. They started every answer with "no". Japanese restaurant was the worst food ever. Rodizio was a bit better but not good. Reservations were always mixed up. Tour was too crowded. The staff are hungry and were asking us to steal food for them.

It is our 2nd time in this hotel. First time we absolutely loved it, that’s why we decided to return. But this time it wasn’t as good as we expected. The main concern for us was extremely dirty pool. Food was just ok. The room clearly needs renovation (as well as some parts of the hotel in general). Front desk needs more people (our phone calls were NEVER answered, app requests were ignored as well). We understand that the hotel is recovering from Covid but still paying pretty good amount of money you expect to get a little better experience. I hope soon the hotel will catch up and get in even better shape than 2019 , when we stayed in it for the first time

I loved everything about the property, the staff was amazing the property was nice and clean the service was wonderful I look forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful place

After 15 years of not vising my native land. I found my self in Bahia Principe Grand. From the day of arrival it was a very negative experience. With the begin of the checking in process. It was very disorganized, the staff were not friendly and seen like they did not want to be there. After checking in we made our way to the pool area to gabbed a snack the food was very limited, it was tasteless no utensil were available and when I ask the staff for utensil I was completed ignored and then advised to grabbed them from another the table. Within hours of being there our rented vehicle got hit in the parking lot and after wasting our vacation time the staff stated that we will get a phone call withing 24hrs after the investigation, a phone call that we never received. But our first night there the day was not over, the pool is very poorly keep, the chairs are breaking and have rust stains. They is no maintained around the pools, the cups are not pick up, All of their cups are old and look stain. After about an hour at the pool we made our way to the room were the shower did not work, after calling for the shower to get address or fix I waited over an hour for them to finally come after I requested to speak to a manager, the refrigerator did not work in the room. The bed frame was boke and all of the furniture is old and stain. The same nighty I attempted to make a reservation to eat in one of their restaurant With no avail! I can say more but no space, so please consider it!

Baños sucios comida malísima cucarachas en el bufet

Ac smelled moldy and my 2yo nephew got sick from sleeping in there. Had to take him to the clinic at 4 am. I asked for a room transfer and the ac in that one was messed up. Slept uncomfortable during my whole stay

The restaurant GardenGrill was the best staff was very professional and the manager Manuel was excellent service can’t wait to go back

The food is terrible all the staff work so bad they gave me a room with people inside them they gave another room with no TV inside and no pillows super bad the hotel

After 15 years of not vising my native land. I found my self in Bahia Principe Grand. From the day of arrival it was a very negative experience. With the begin of the checking in process.
