Quick check in and plenty of parking. Sofa bed mattress was all coil springs with no cushion at all and extremely difficult to pull out. Not usable. Hotel double charged me upon check out. Now I have to wait for a manager to come into work to resolve the issue. I would never stay at this over priced motel again.

Good room, walking distance to the airport. The breakfast area was crowded with few tables and picked over food.

The grounds were in rough shape/ interior needs a complete overhaul. Pool was out of use/ ice machine leaking, sink in room leaks/ floor sags in the hall as you walk to the room/ door always felt like its not closing correctly/ toilet kept having issues filling up/ very worn out and in need of a complete overhaul as an overall statement. Would not stay there again

Upon arrival, room was dirty and we had to make our own bed and clean the room ourselves. In addition, we did not appreciate not being able to get towels after asking 3 nights in a row. The staff (Paris - mgr. and Maurice) were extremely rude during our stay.

Good location to the airport. Waited 15 minutes for a front desk person who was on a break. Couldn't check me in but gave me a room key anyway. Was awaken at 12:30 by someone trying to get in my room. They had assigned it to someone else. I was only there for 7 hours to sleep and fly. Terrible experience.

Check-in was smooth and quick. Deadbolt on the room door does not work! Wish breakfast was better, but COVID. TV could not get the guide to work and start up volume is kind of high. Wish there was some sort of shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. Sliding bathroom door is a little annoying. It keeps bouncing back if you slide it too hard.

Nothing unique! Bathroom floor was disgustingly sticky! Gross!

The hotel is need of a complete redo and upgrade. Hilton should be embarrassed by their name on it. Terrible reflection of the Hilton Brand. We did like location to airport, size of the room and nightstands.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Pulled out the sofa couch to find filthy sheets. The chain on the toilet broke off, causing the toilet not to flush. There was a pair of men’s sandals behind the sofa.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have used an exhaust fan.

Started our stay off with a dirty toilet, but the staff quickly went above and beyond to make our stay a good one.

I've stayed at this property over 75 nights in past year, every visit has been consistently great. Staff is wonderful & helpful, rooms spacious & clean with good work-spaces, bedding very comfortable, great pool. Highly recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Great location with easy access to anywhere. Nice accommodations, good breakfast, great staff.

It looked like the hotel was still recovering from some remodeling.
