I requested a smoking room, and I mentioned that when checking in, but there was a no smoking symbol on the door. Confusing. Big spill on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. Two bugs were crawling around. The room didn't appear to have bern cleaned. Gross. Stay away.

It is good location and friendly staff, but the room was not clean.

Was the cheapest thing in the area for 4th of July weekend. Had very low expectations but was still disappointed. Sheets were stained, one look like someone had stepped on it. There were large noticeable strands of hair in the bed and on the tables. Asked front desk to replace the sheets twice, but became clear that it wasn't going to happen. Walmart is close by, so we bought blankets and put them on top to sleep on. Whatever your expectations are, set them lower. We had to be in the area for a event and this was basically it for under $200 a night. The other choices are to stay further away and drive in.

The floor was very damp, not slippery, there was obviously water on the floor in the morning, there was no toiletries on the first day, and it was only the next day. Other is ok

The hotel had a unique smell of must, mold and smoke. The property was smoke free but a smell lingered in the lobby and 2nd floor. When

Staff was cordial and responsive. The rooms were clean and beds are decent for a motel. Location is good being 10 to 15 minute drive from most tourist attractions and major beaches, and there is an adjacent strip mall with a grocery store, Walmart and other shops. On the downside, there is an adult video store just across the street. I was traveling with family so it just felt a little creepy.

Room smells like cigarettes. No hairdryer. Restroom was dirty.

Room was not clean, towels were extremely small and thin. Only two bard of crappy soap were provided - no shampoo. We joked that the sheets were 15 thread count but that is not far from reality. THERE WERE NO BLANKETS, JUST THE FITTED AND TOP SHEETS AND THE SKEEVY COVER THAT HAD HOLES IN IT AND YOU WONDER IF IT IS EVEN WASHED. When we asked the front desk for two blankets they came quickly with one blanket. Ridiculous. Ice machine was broken. Really the only positive thing about this hotel was the location. We paid over two hunded for one night in the crappiest place I have ever stayed in! Also our room was by the side entrance and the walls are very thin so we heard every time someone went in or out the door. Ugh

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The housekeeper was very accommodating. Check in was a breeze, The location was perfect to visit the casino and find great places to eat.

It is what it is. Basic hotel with European style rooms. Basic.

Three nights there. Good parking close to Dunkin Donuts, laundromat and WalMart.

My room was big and clean, but no continental breakfast is a negative.

When we first arrived, we checked in and were told to go to the back door. We got there and noticed that, although there was a place to swipe a hotel card, it was not working and the door was open so that anybody from the parking lot could enter. We were told by another guest that this was just broken and they were not sure when it was going to be fixed. Was a little concerning, but the door to our room locked, so we didn't complain. The following day, when we got home from being out, we returned to our door open. There was no housekeeping staff in the room. We stayed in the room for about 5 minutes to make sure nothing was stolen, then walked to the front desk (at the other end of the hotel) and did not see one housekeeping guest in site. We went to the front desk, and the woman working there was very polite and agreed that our concerns were valid. She let us know we could speak to the manager. He returned 10 minutes later and basically said - if nothing was stolen then there was nothing he was going to do about it. We said we felt that more action should be done - he said, we should leave if we don't feel safe here. So we left. His manner and tone was very rude - and i was not happy with the way he treated the situation. While we were leaving - we walked by the manager in another guests' room - screaming "get your stuff and get out". I don't know what was happening in that circumstance, but in no way would i expect a manager to speak to guests that way.
