The staff was very friendly and provided great service. Highly recommended. Room was clean and properly maintained. Needs more cabinets. hallways need updating, new rugs and stairway. no elevators are an issue.

Not such a good hotel to stay at. Only good thing is its location near to the Newport downtown and the bridge. It was over priced and amenities are below par.

Awful would not recommend

Went to Rhode Island for our anniversary and stayed there.The room key would only work for one day at a time had to go to the desk every time to get it reprogrammed.i asked for a non smoking room and there was a ash tray in the room.room was damp.I didn’t know that you had to ask for room service so we never got new towels until I asked for them. They had a sign on the wall saying if you don’t like the room you have only 15 minutes to let the front desk know for a refund. The hotel reaked of weed. I will never ever stay at that or anyone of theirs ever again. Signs all over the parking lot to lock your vehicles we are not responsible for damage or theft to them very sketchy place We had to buy air freshener for the room it smelt so bad

expedia misrepresented this property with misleading photos and description. The place reeked of smoke in non smoking rooms. my kids are allergic and we left immediately after entering the rooms. the sheets were stained, floors filthy and the bathtubs were cracked and broken. i have pictures. this place would be condemned if an inspector visited. i want a refund

Great place to stay! Will be returning!

The room was clean and the staff were amazing!!! Coffee and breakfast snacks were available in the morning. The housekeeping staff were sweet, friendly, and very accommodating. The fridge, microwave, and ice machine all worked well. The location was excellent! The price was right, there was plenty of parking, and I felt safe with my children. Location is next door to Walmart and a grocery store with many surrounding fast food/restaurant locations. I will definitely use this property again.

Bathroom was clean and a blow dryer was mounted to the wall.

Worst experience ever

Absolutely horrible experience from the moment I walked in and was ignored to when finally given the room key to realize that the place was in really rough condition then they put me in what felt like a jail cell with no amenities other than a small ice bucket, and the room smelled of stale cigarettes There was a hole in the bathroom door

Smelled awful, dirty in hallways and area immediately outside. Bugs in room and trash in hallway. The ceiling in the bathroom was severely water stained and you could tell the door to our room had been pried open. Was in town for work, just looking for a place to rest at night; I slept with the light on. I have stayed at Motel 6 before and never experienced anything like this.

The best thing I can write about this hotel is I only had to endure there for one night. A book could be written on how many things are horrible about this motel. The corporate company really needs to visit this property.
