Do not go by the pictures on this property. This was the worst false advertising in my 50 years!!!! There was no rooftop patio.
The location was great but the apartment did not have hot water, the air conditioning did not heat the 2nd floor bedroom, and the downstairs couch was dirty.
Newport is a fantastic retreat for a few days and 194 Thames was a great home base. The rooftop atrium and deck set this property apart from its competition. Walking distance to everything including the Cliff walk (its not super close but we enjoyed the exercise). Bars, Restaurants, Shopping right at your doorstep. Large enough for 2 couples or a family of four.

All 3 individually decorated homes feature kitchens and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and dining areas. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and LED TVs with cable channels. Beds are dressed in premium bedding and down comforters, and bathrooms offer hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include washers/dryers, coffee makers, and ironing boards. Housekeeping is not available.

Similar to a hotel that features a variety of room styles and suites, our property at 194 Thames Street has three different accommodations. These accommodations include two 1-bedroom Lofts and one 2-bedroom Loft. The 2-bedroom Loft is the accommodation that features a rooftop deck. The 1-bedroom Loft you selected to book does not include a deck. Amenities and property features for each Loft are very clearly displayed on our listings, as well as on our website and other marketing materials.
