Best location in Newport Rhode Island Charming room and foyer/downstairs area Good breakfast Friendly staff, fastest check in ever No private parking but public parking available across the street Location location location Very relaxing reading area downstairs by the breakfast area Would definitely recommend it I saved their phone number so I can call them directly next time
It was a wonderful place. Very Clean!!! Very friendly hospitable staff. Delicious breakfast. We stayed in the cottage out back 3rd floor so my only tip pack light so carting suit case up 3 floors is easy. Didn’t mind the steps otherwise good for exercise. Only negative I could hear people next door. But to be expected at a B & B. Parking was no problem. Close walk to broad st. We will be going back. We loved it.
The location of the Pelham Court Hotel was the main reason we were attracted to this hotel. It has off street parking which is great since you can walk to pretty much everything from there. The hotel staff was wonderful and pleasant to work with it. The room was beautiful and spacious. We will definitely be coming back!
