The living room portion of the suite was poorly furnished and had no personality. Bathroom had a door that was splintering and there were several places around the floor was caulked. Mildew throughout. No comforter on the bed, and the blanket was thin, cheap, and worn out. The door did not properly lock unless you physically pushed it shut. Only amenities were a bar of soap, lotion, and conditioner (no shampoo). Bed was also squeaky. Disappointed BIG TIME.

Convenient to the Cliff Walk (1-2 miles). Room clean, spacious. Decent view if it hadn't been raining ;). Read the directions so you go to the correct building for check-in.

Spacious updated 2KB room facing water. Easy parking. No breakfast though. Newport is one city we wished we had more time in. The mansions tour was fantastic. If we come back will stay here again.

Room was clean with partial beach view. Unfortunately, “ queen” beds were not actually queen size but more like full. My partner and I could not sleep in the same bed bc it was too tight . It was also kinda noisy in the AM from staff.
