The pool is in building 1, so if ur staying here and planning to use the pool and it's winter, make sure u make the reservation for building 1. There's no connection between building 1 and 2 so that was inconvenient. I thought they had free breakfast too but i didn't see that one.

My only issue is with the check in procedure. After 15 minutes of trying to Bluetooth my phone to open the door to our room without success I gave up on it. Feeling quite foolish for not be able to follow simple instructions,I contacted the property management only to be told that this process does not work in Building #1!!!! I have to go to the front desk to pick up a physical key card to open our door!!! If only they would include in their instructions that if your in Building #1 please check in at the front desk for a key card!!!! Frustrating beginning to our stay!!! Clean,quiet, and beautiful view!!

The room was satisfactory. The bed sheets gave us an itchy rash at first, had to shower to stop the itching. Replaced the sheets with the spares in the closest and issue was resolved. The amenities were all under construction however I still paid full price for my stay. Would have appreciated a discount or other accommodation.

I am very upset I should be reimbursed, we had no heat entire night. I called room service 3 am and they brought us blenders but it was 28 degrees outside completely unacceptable.. Upon checking out we told the front desk and there was silence. Very strange situation to say the least

Cons: minor updates in room bathroom (bathroom door was very worn, tub stopper was missing), the pool heater was not working and we were not made aware-Part of the main reason we booked here was for the pool so we were disappointed when it was too cold for our toddler to enjoy.

Room was very clean, room also had all the amenities you would need for 1 night, or even several nights, the views were gorgeous, parking was easy and so was check in/out. Perfect location. I even left behind personal belongings (and I didn't notice until almost a week later) that housekeeping found and the hotel was able to ship to me. I would stay here again!

Nice view of the ocean, clean rooms. Very loud doors in the hallway that you could hear through the evening, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The room needs to be updated. There were holes in the bathroom and the hinges were rusted. The noise level between rooms is really disruptive. The housekeeping staff was extremely loud while they were working. The layout with the pool in the other building is not convenient. The pool is small for a hotel this size.

Staff was good, room was ok toilet kept running and heater was very loud. The gym was going through a renovation but nothing was noted online about that and the pool heater was broken the entire time we were there. Both of those amenities were the reason we chose this hotel. Location is great which is a positive.
