Nice and clean place I recommend it ,nice personal we will coming back

This was our first and last stay at this hotel. The room was nice and the front desk clerk who checked us into our room was very nice as well. However, when we checked out of our room and were driving back home, we noticed my friend was missing his designer wallet. We were only about 15 or 20 minutes away so we called the hotel to see if they saw his wallet in our room after we left. They said no. We called again and they said no again but answered way too quickly to have actually asked the room service people. We decided to call again before we were too far from the hotel since we live over 2 hours away and the THIRD time we called, the wallet was miraculously there. The staff was so rude and seemed so inconvenienced by our calls. Then two days later, they went to the post office and dropped off the wallet and we had to pay $30 for the shipping. That is the worst customer service we have every had at a hotel. We will never stay at this overpriced faux Holiday Inn again.

Surprisingly neat and clean. At first the distance from town was an issue but we figured it out. The quality for the price was outstanding. Had trouble checking in at first but ended up happy with the room and the stay.
