Check in was smooth and super easy. Staff that we interacted with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We ordered the New England breakfast one morning for room service and i have to say it was delicious. Plenty of food for the two of us to share and came with coffee and OJ.

Always a nice stay! Valet parking is expensive but the alternative of self parking is also a lot, just pay $5 more to have them get it your vehicle. Although calling sometimes the text service doesn’t work and you have to go down and show your ticket.

A conveniently located hotel that is clean, spacious, and comfy. Parking at the attached convention garage is convenient at $25/night though no in-out previleges. The mall is also attached to the property for shopping/eating.

Everything except the parking

The stay was wonderful. Front desk and housekeeping were great. Anyone we asked a question to did their best to assist. The only thing that would really keep me from staying there again is having to pay so much for parking in addition to paying for the hotel, especially since I go in and out a lot when staying in Providence. Unfortunately that’s a deal breaker for me.

This hotel feels very lively with its location in downtown Providence. There’s plenty of things to see nearby, such as restaurants, parks, and shopping. The staff was very helpful and kind. Last but not least, the rooms were amazing.

Internet speed was the worst I've had in a long time. Impossible to work. It's like if you have a shower and only a dribble of water comes out. At home I have 600 Mbps and in the hotel I was 5 or less. Terrible. Only go there if you don't use the internet.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and everyone who worked there was kind and helpful. The attitudes of the employees made it a very positive environment. I had a salad and a glass of wine in the bar and the server was great and the food and wine were amazing. Valet parking was punctual and professional. Quiet and safe.

Nice hotel but not restful.

Very nice property but there are a couple of issues. Staff is great! Hotel is very clean and in good repair. Parking is a bit pricey. Cost is $50 to self park for 48 hours. Rooms are very nice and the bedding is nice quality. The problem is the bed pillows! Worst pillows ever! They completely compress. It's like sleeping on flat rocks. Tossed and turned both nights.
