I liked the breakfast and the staff was very friendly

Overall, the hotel is average. The Restaurant on site has very good food and adequate service. The location is very convenient to the convention center and giant shopping mall. We stayed in the West Tower. The room was supposedly a deluxe room. It was average. We were on a corner which offered many windows and natural light. The main reason we will not come back to this hotel is noise. There was a constant noise coming from the elevators and we were not even in a room next to them. The constant whining became unbearable at times. Also, our room was next to a group of unsupervised young girls visiting for an event in the convention center. The screaming, giggling, loud talking, yelling, jumping, running, and banging, was unabated until 3:30 a.m., which resulted in no sleep and an absolutely miserable following day. Exacerbating the noise from elevators and unsupervised juveniles, was the HVAC system that would intermittently come on in the middle of the night with a blast akin to a jet engine. So, when we did manage to fall asleep, we would be awakened by these events from the heating system. If you want sleep, there are other choices available for your stay in Providence.

The only issue we had was the soap had a fishy smell to it, I still don’t get why

spacious, clean rooms. Perfect locations. Very friendly and helpful staff

Love the Omni and always a wonderful stay! great pool and facilities and comfortable!

Hotel is nice, good location, friendly staff, rooms are nice BUT there are 2 towers. East and west. West seems to be the main hotel, the rooms you see online and what you expect from an omni. The east tower seems like an annex. The elevators, the hallways and the rooms, the lack of view (the windows were frosted on the 7th floor) are all a significant step down from the west. Having stayed at this hotel when I was put in an East room I was extremely disappointed and immediately requested a change to the west. They were very nice and changed my room but I just think it’s deceiving to have those 2 vastly different hotels within one.

accommodating to my necessities when my toiletries bag !

Perfect location for the WaterFire Fest. Staff very friendly and accomodating

😊!!! Overall everything went well. Thanks! Chevk in process , staff, room , Hotel cleaniness and other ameneties

Regular hotel things were fine pricey but nice coffe in room was nice and fresh creamer

The hospital was clean and provided many amenities

Conveniently located, exceptional staff. I was a little chuffed to have to join a loyalty program or pay 10 dollars for wi-fi access. Its 2019 - wi-fi shouldn't even be something I have to think about in a hotel as upscale as the Omni. Also, the toilet ran and the television remote was broken. Small annoyances, but things I would I'd rather not have to deal with.

We had a very positive experience checking into the hotel. Our room was a little disappointing as we had heard omni was a very "fancy" hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, it was just very standard. We got a deluxe room and the only thing deluxe was that there was a lot of floor space. The view was not of the city - it was of a building so that was super disappointing. It was clean, and the staff was friendly.

very pretty lobby area the skywalk to the mall was fabulous valet was pricey but convenient and you have to pay for wifi😳I asked what was going on the park next door they had no idea which was odd
