room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfy. set up is a little awkward because you can see directly into the room from other rooms as well as common areas. customer service was average, the attendant at the desk wasn’t the nicest/most welcoming which was disappointing as we stopped there for a night in our mini-moon. valet was great; however, we could have walked to our car as it was steps away from the front door, so pretty pointless.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Loved the outdoor patio and attached bar/restaurant. The rooms and the hotel are new and very clean and decorated very nicely. The rooms are tiny, but highly efficient.

No extras which should be included for the price paid. $4 for a bottle of water is ridiculous, it should be free. No one to help w/bags. Queen room was way too small, not enough storage. Only good for a 1-2 night stay. Did not feel like a valued guest, especially for the price. A great location, which I unfortunately feel like Hammetts takes for granted, at the expense of providing superior service.
