All good. One complaint would be the valet was never available on the phone, but they still delivered car in a very timely manner.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s recent facelift is an improvement. Unfortunately, in an effort to save money I suppose, they cut back on their valet service. Getting the car was a hassle every time: confusion, long waits, delayed departures. One morning after a wedding there was almost a riot in the lobby people were so frustrated. This is NOT a negative review of the valets themselves, they were all lovely and professional (if sometimes also frustrated). This is a management/staffing problem that seemed to be ignored.

We loved the location, decor, and staff. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

Great bed, very comfortable. Easy access to all locations in the city.

I loved the historic architecture of the hotel and that you have put a modern kitschy twist to the decor which makes our room feel really special. Definitely something to write home about. We stayed here for a conference at the Omni which was just too expensive to stay at. Although there is no complimentary breakfast there is a very nice coffee shop on the main floor, great food and drink options. There is no “business center” although they are willing to print out your flight boarding pass etc at the front desk. The front desk also kindly held a package we had sent to us. The location is great, right in downtown, close to the Mall, conference centers and Browns university. All in all a very pleasant stay for the price.

classic hotel in providence has great rooms, great pricing, helpful staff, close to train station. i would recommend this to anyone.

beautiful room close to everything parking situation was odd you have to pay around 40 dollars for valet zi figured they had free parking but they said its my only option all garages are full ..well the garage down the street wasnt and it was 25 dollars other than that I really loved it

This property was just recently renovated and rebranded as Graduate, with a soft opening two weeks ago. There are still rooms under renovation and I think there are still some things yet to do, but everyone here has been absolutely pleasant. Everything in the room is clean and works. But as this is a historic and old building, they either heat or cool it in its entirety, not room by room. And they have already transitioned to cooking for the late spring/summer. It was cold last night, and so was the room.

Spacious. Great, walkable location from train station and buses.

You can hear everything, including the providence drug addicts all night. There’s no AC so I was sweating the entire night

courteous staff cool rooms nice bar n restaurant convenient location

This hotel has just had a stunning renovation. It was brand new when we stayed and it was really impressive. I loved the rich but young decor. My 2 17 year old sons loved it too. One of my favorite stays ever!
