We did not have a beach view. The Suites are clean and roomy enough. But they are separate from the amenities offered. Pool was in other building so did not swim. Staff very nice. Convenient but would stay walking distance to Newport if I went again. It was fine for us. I would suggest better signage of building 1 and 2. The app was not helpful for me and would suggest just checking in when u get there

Great, clean hotel and awesome location right near the beach, cliff walk and downtown Newport. They need some blackout shades or at least shades that aren't see through. There was a lot of light coming in from the windows, even at night. Bring a sleeping mask if you’re sensitive to light.

The stay with good. The room was clean, but the furniture looked a little weathered. Beach view was obstructed. We couldn’t see the ocean until the next morning. Check in was not very smooth because it wasn’t clear where the check in lobby was. It took us some time to find it. The restaurant across the street that was recommended was not very good and we were very hungry.

The description of the room was misleading. There was no ocean view - while the booking details advertised as ocean view, at the property staff mentioned theh dont sell room as icean view ans mentioned it as water view (we got some kind of pond view). Paid $570 for a single Friday night for a mediocre room. No onsite restaurant. Not worth for the money
