We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite.

Excellent B&B with Fantastic Location

Stayed in room 8. It was a great B&B, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. They provide parking at a nearby parking lot, which is amazing because parking in Newport is expensive and hard to find. The best part was the location. Such a short walk to Bowman's Wharf and the rest of Thames street.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up refreshed every morning, ready to explore this stunning coastal town. We particularly loved the cozy, peaceful ambiance that made it feel like a true getaway. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the waterfront, the famous Cliff Walk, and some fantastic dining spots. Whether you’re exploring the historic mansions or just relaxing by the water, this inn places you right in the heart of everything Newport has to offer. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for things to do, from sightseeing to hidden gems off the beaten path. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Room was nice but tiny, basically only had room for bed. Shower was wonderful. Breakfast was great and staff so nice and helpful. Huge drawback was off site parking.
