Great location
Everything was great except that their EV car charger was broken. The main reason for my staying at this hotel was to use the advertised car charger. When I arrived and found out it was broken I was very disappointed.

Large clean and up to date rooms, only complaint is tv is mounted to high near the ceiling. 9/10 because of the TV. Other than that great place to stay
The hotel was very clean and walking distance from Whiskey row. It also has EV car charging stations, which I needed in order to stay in Prescott.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. Indoor pool and spa area was also very nice. Walking distance to downtown area was great!
The recently remodeled property was very clean and modern. Lots of places to charge devices in the room.
Didn't like: found 2 pills of unknown origin on our room floor. Wasn't it vacuumed before we occupied? Room had an unpleasant smell. Coffee machine broke after one use. Both checking in/out were less than pleasant experiences. On checking out, mgr. disagreed when I said coffee machine was broken. What?! Appearance of bldg. was clean.

The staff was amazing- very welcoming and kind! We were greeted professionally and as we left the property they said goodbye to us by our name, Loved that! The property is very outdated-probably a 2 Star
It is nice and clean, but the view of the wall was disappointing.
The best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the beds were oh so comfy, the pool was clean and beautiful, the fireplace was crackling and inviting, the free breakfast was yummy. Also, the location was fantastic ...panda express right across the street. Thank you!
Great location and fantastic staff. Everyone was helpful and nice. Only issue we had was the window view was a wall about 5' from the window.
