You get what you pay for

For the price is good.

The OYO hotel is a filthy place. The rooms are dirty and in terrible condition. The A/C unit in my room did not work, the fixtures in the shower were very old and there was no watter pressure. There were foaches all over the place including the sink. I left a night early because I couldn't stand it. The only bright spot was the night attendant, Libby. She is very kind, caring, professional and she knows her job very well.

The cable TV was out, the front desk guy tried to fix it but could not they were doing maintenance, and the internet connection logs you off like every hour so you have to constantly reconnect and agree to terms all the time. Just a place to stay for one-night Shopping and dining walkable.

The only good thing about the property is price. I would avoid and stay elsewhere

A door chain that had obviously been broken and a door jam cracked and not repaired. A hole in bathroom wall.

I didn't like the difficulty with the unlocking of my room door. I didn't like an unclean bathroom.

My hot water didn’t work and you can tell the sheets don’t get changed. Not anything like the pictures either.

Worst place I have stayed. They gave away our room to someone else, then gave us a room that was in the middle of being rebuilt. Amenities and service were terrible, the place was dirty, and all sorts of loud craziness was going on all night. Not the place anyone would feel safe or want to spend much time in.

Bathroom toilet malfunction. Given a different room but was occupied 😖 then transferred to another room which was okay 👌

There were live roaches in the room. Sheets were dirty and stained.

abaolutely the worst hotel i have ever seen. there was holes in the walls, the ceiling was falling in, bird poop on everyrhing in the room. no sheet's on thw bed just a top sheet, no fotted sheet. the mattrresses looked like they had been drug outside and then put on the beds. the beds were very unstrudy and the room was juat a hazard to children and adults as eell. do not rent this hotel....

The Beds were so comfy, shower was amazing, the Wi-Fi didn't work well at all

Indoor waterfall at 2am and the overnight manager first words were I can't give you a refund.
