Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great House / Bad Management Company
The house itself is beautiful, well designed, and better than the pictures. The house and location were perfect for us.
The layout was ideal for our family of all adults. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a half bath in the living room.
The main downside of this house is the management company - Vacasa. I would not rent a house managed by them again.
Other reviews mention privacy as an issue - the house right behind can see the entire back yard. The ground level is higher on their side, so the fence doesnt really make a difference since they are standing 3 feet highter on their side. This didnt bother us, but I can see how it would bother some if they were trying to have a relaxing/private weekend.
When we arrived it was pretty warm out and the thermostat was locked. I'm not sure if this is how it always is - but we needed to get ready for a wedding so it was unfortunate to not be able to control the AC.
Overall I think this house is great! They just need a new property management company.

Great house, disappointing experience
This is a gorgeous high end house. We loved staying here for the most part. There are a few fixes that need to be done: the interior doors need to be oiled, the exterior lights need to be fixed and the water tasted disgusting and was murky coming out of the sinks. But the worst part was the construction happening right outside the house on the street. They were working on the street itself with thumpers and the house literally shook and it was very loud. We discovered this when we arrived and again the following morning when it started back up again at 6am waking us up. No one had given us a heads up about this so we were extremely upset as we were planning on staying in the house and pool and relaxing. (And on a sidenote, property management made a really big deal about noise in the backyard. They wouldn’t even let us play music on our cell phone. They kept citing Palm Springs code to us stating that there would be $2000 fine and that we could be evicted from our rental if any neighbor reported music coming from the backyard. We were really shocked at how loud the construction was because any music that we could have potentially played wouldn’t even come close to the loud construction happening just across the street.) I tried contacting the management company multiple times, every time they said they couldn’t help me and that one specific person would call me back and he never did. I finally heard from him the day after we left (how convenient of them). Something to note, this property is managed by Vacation Palm Springs, who is owned by a different company so when I called in they had a hard time finding my reservation. This was a very frustrating experience. If the property management experience and the construction noise was different then we would totally come back again as we loved the house and pool itself! The management company did reimburse us some of the fees for the inconvenience, however they were quite insistent in reminding us that written in the rental agreement theyare not responsible for any nearby construction. More so to the point, I’m sure they knew because they have professional people that clean the house and I don’t understand why the cleaners wouldn’t report this to management. Or the actual owner of the house I’m sure was aware of it because permits had to be pulled for all of the construction happening to rip up the street. So why didn’t the owner of the house actually say anything?!? Very disappointed by management.

Palm Springs Getaway
This home was fantastic! We have been on lockdown and what better place to continue "staying at home" than this beautiful and extremely clean home with a pool. The kids loved it and the parents did even more. We will hopefully be back again.
