Impeccably decorated Palm Springs style modern home with splashes of color throughout. Statement pieces from world renowned Marmol Radziner throughout the well appointed common areas. Living room features 55" flat panel UHD TV and large sectional for entertaining or laying down to watch a movie. Fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances and Italian quartz countertops.

Spend your days outdoors with stunning mountain views, brand new saltwater pool and spa, gas fire pit, and barbecue grill, all enclosed by 10 foot privacy hedges. Pool and spa are wi-fi enabled for your convenience.

Located on a quiet cul de sac in the upscale Flora Vista development of Palm Springs. Walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants, and a short 3 minute drive to downtown. Parking for two cars on parking pad and ample additional street parking available.

A few things to note:

Pool and spa heating is charged at an additional rate of $75 per day or $200 per week. Please note this represents the actual costs to heat the pool; this is not an upcharge we make money on.

Please note that while there is antenna providing access to a suite of basic channels, there is no cable TV or satellite package at this home. Both TVs have access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Additional content may also be purchased with your credit card through the iTunes or Amazon Prime stores.

Backyard Oasis

This property was all that we had hoped for and more. The backyard was a private oasis, with a lovely pool, spa, firepit, and grill, and even a gorgeous lemon tree. It had an incredible mountain view as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and linens were very comfortable. It had everything we needed and the check-in process was easy. I would love to return to this home. Thank you for such a lovely property and the care taken in maintaining it!

This house felt brand spanking new and was ideal for our group!

I rented this house with 6 women to celebrate my 5oth. It was beyond perfect! The house was so new and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were luxurious. Loved the decorations and feel of the place. Very cool, modern, hip. The separate casita was a dream getaway!! The landscaping, pool and fire pit were so lovely too. Such a relaxing soul-filling weekend. The house was ideal!!!
