An outdoor covered dining pavilion, built in BBQ grill and intimate firepit lounge round out this very special property - it’s a great place for living the good life!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bath and private doors to the yard. The second and third Guest Rooms have King and Queen beds respectively - and share easy access to the hall full bathroom.

THE LOCATION
Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Los Compadres neighborhood - extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops and galleries. You'll be just a few minutes to the casino, hiking trails and bustling downtown. Grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.
